  Super zentral gelegen um Birmingham zu Fuß zu erkunden. Für ein Hotel in diesem Preissegment ist es erstaunlich was man geboten bekommt. Tolle, moderne Zimmer mit allem Komfort den man benötigt. Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee kostenlos auf dem Zimmer. Prima englisches Frühstück inklusive mit frischem Obst, Croissants, Muffins und sogar glutenfreien Broten und eigenem Toaster. Willkommens-Wasser, Zeitschriften und Kaffee auch während des Tages kostenlos. Einfach KLASSE und empfehlenswert !!!

  I liked that they accepted my on the day booking and recognised my IHG membership. I didn’t like how I booked on the IHG website 2 days earlier and it didn’t actually book it. I didn’t like the long walk from the car park to the hotel. I didn’t like the stone cold ‘hot’ breakfast. I didn’t like the air con seemed to be very weak and would often have a green flashing light on it. I didn’t like that there was no power assist on the revolving doors downstairs. I didn’t like that in order to access the external automated door there was an intercom and key swipe. I didn’t like that the restaurant didn’t sell actually meals, just snacks. It was a walk to Broad Street, probably look at alternative places in future.

  Great hotel Well located - easy access of station and town centre - max 10 mins from the main shopping centre Room was spotless and bed comfy Breakfast included and was nice although busier the later it got Nearby private car park about £12 for 24 hours (including fees) Felt safe and modern. Staff were nice and polite - (didn’t have to Much interaction with them) Tetley tea and instant coffee available in rooms with dove shampoo and body wash provided for in the bathroom

  We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre. The room was always clean, comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and healthy options every morning. It was a great way to start the day. A special thank you to Sanahya, Uma, and Sharada, who were always so welcoming, kind and professional. Their warm smiles and excellent service made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable each morning. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely be happy to stay here again when we visit Birmingham in the future.

  I came with my nephew for three days, i had the same issue in Liverpool They do not respect others, the breakfast included when i did the reservation , but they do not mention that there are a limit variety of the breakfast, they offer bork and hash brown with serial and two kinds of fruits, which is unfair at all, they respect the people who eat ham and they do not respect the other who do not , the lady on the reception was helpful and talked to them to bring some vegan sausages but i do not like it at all, i asked her for boiling egg or salad but she said we do not have , I would not recommend at all and it will be the last time to stay here I am spending money to have breakfast at restaurants everyday The location is very hard to find , i came with my luggage from Liverpool We couldn’t sleep because of the noise of the next room There is no slipper Very bad experience I called the reception many times no one has answer the call !
