  This holiday Inn is in a prime location. My room is spacious and well fitted. The bar area is nice to relax and the staff are brilliant. The bar can get a little busy at times, but not really a problem.

  Ein ordentliches, gepflegtes Hotel mit freundlichem, hilfsbereiten Personal! Unser Zimmer war ebenfalls ohne Beanstandungen! Wir hatten Glück, dass wir auf der Ebene R gewohnt haben, sodass wir zur Not auch zu Fuß nach unten gehen konnten! Wir können für Familien abends den Zimmerservice empfehlen, da Kinder unter 12 Jahren komplett umsonst essen können (Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachtisch), wenn die Erwachsenen auch etwas bestellen! Das Parken am Hotel ist ernsthaft unmöglich, da kaum Parkplätze vorhanden sind, aber diverse Parkhäuser in der Umgebung liegen (unser Tipp unter „Nennenswertes“)! Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn wegen der Europameisterschaft viele Athleten dort waren!

  The lobby, breakfast area, and rooms were great. They were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the parking. They had a deal with the neighbor for parking that gave a discount, but the back alley is a bit shady. Even though there was security at the garage there were homeless people who looked somewhat haphazard hanging out around the garage and a couple inside.

  #Holiday_Inn_Birmingham_City_Centre A perfect location in the heart of Birmingham, just a few minutes’ walk from Birmingham New Street Station and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with good amenities and an excellent breakfast selection. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which adds to the overall experience. I had an issues with the air conditioning, but they immediately replaced the room , overall, it is a very convenient and comfortable choice for a stay in Birmingham. موقع مميز جدًا في قلب برمنغهام، على بُعد دقائق سيرًا من محطة نيو ستريت، وتحيط به المطاعم والمحلات وأبرز المعالم. الغرف نظيفة ومريحة، والإفطار جيد، وفريق العمل ودود ومتعاون. خيار مناسب جدًا للزوار.

  I was disappointed with this stay. The official photos on Expedia look much newer and more modern than the actual room I received. As soon as I entered the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. The room felt dated, with visible wear on the door frame, walls, and carpet. There was no air conditioning, only a standing fan, which made the room uncomfortable during warm weather. The hotel was also noisy at night due to its location. Another concern was security. Unlike many other Holiday Inn properties I’ve stayed at, the guest floors could be accessed without using a room key, which made me feel less secure as a solo traveler. The check-in experience was also disappointing. Although my reservation had already been prepaid through Expedia, I was still asked to pay again at the front desk. It was eventually sorted out, but it made the check-in slower than necessary and suggested that my booking details had not been checked carefully. The only real positive was having a mini fridge in the room. I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn properties across North America, and this hotel was well below the standard I normally expect from the Holiday Inn brand. I would recommend checking recent guest photos rather than relying solely on the official listing.
