  Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la estación, aunque la ciudad se puede visitar caminando. El hotel muy limpio y el personal muy atento. En concreto la camarera Emily, habla español y tiene mucha paciencia. Nos recomendó y nos atendió de manera espectacular. Un 10 a Emily.

  I would give no stars if there was the option. Extremely Disappointing Stay and Poor Customer Service. My stay was deeply disappointing. Despite booking a City View King Standard room with a request for a higher floor, I had to change rooms twice before finally receiving the room type I had paid for. This was an unnecessary inconvenience and reflected poor room management. Worse still, my cosmetic bag, containing skincare products, personal amenities, and a sentimental Swarovski earring, went missing while I was out. At check-out, I was promised follow-up, but heard nothing until I emailed a formal complaint. The response was simply that they had investigated, it was not their fault, and no compensation would be offered. At no point did the hotel acknowledge its poor management, lack of follow-up, or the inconvenience and distress caused. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a genuine apology, they dismissed my concerns. A truly disappointing experience. The lack of accountability and customer care fell far below the standards I would expect from a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

  Had an early dinner and the server Emily was wonderful, quick to find ways to help and there when needed. Wonderful wait staff really make the meal pleasant. Thank you for giving me a bit of peace in a busy day.

  This hotel is absolutely amazing! Staff are very kind and considerate. Rooms are comfortable and newly refurbished. The food is spot on, breakfast always well presented and clean. And the all day menu for lunch and tea is fabulous! The best part of this stay has been Shesh! He is absolutely fantastic, a real credit to the team! - thank you holiday inn! And thank you Shesh!

  2 night stay in August as a couple. The location was right in city centre and parking was close by. The hotel was clean tidy welcoming, meeting my expectations s a 4 star hotel. The room had been recently refurbished everything worked, lovely shower and a large tv with you tube on. The staff were brilliant. The food was excellent. I must mention the following staff who went the extra mile to make my stay wonderful. Night Manager Dave on the desk, Elaine and Shesh in the restaurant and Anish who took care of our drink requirements. Would I return? Most certainly.
