  I've stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Very friendly and helpful staff who remember and welcome warmly their repeat guests. Clean and pleasant rooms and public areas. Good WIFI. The breakfast is excellent especially the lovely fruit salad. The chef talks to every guest to make sure they have exactly what they want. Plenty of parking. Overall great value, way nicer than other chains. NB there is no lift, corridors go up and down where the buildings join, I think there are only one or two ground floor rooms, and a few bathrooms are really tiny, so make enquiries before booking if you have a disability or are on the larger side.

  Easy to find, with parking available (£5 for 24 hours – make sure to register your car at reception). The hotel has a 24-hour reception, which was very convenient. My room was small, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The only downside was that my room faced the main road, and there was quite a lot of traffic noise during the night, even with the windows closed. Light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. Overall, a pleasant stay.

  it was fine for what we were doing, but we had no idea that cleaners come in during the day when you're out and clean, even if the "please clean my room" sign isn't on the door, as two people who suffer from anxiety and paranoia especially in hotels we were unaware of this due to it not being on the listing at all, we also had an ant infestation and there were holes in the floor that spiders got into our room through, we called staff to make then aware and get someone to clean the room and we waited over 30 minutes for someone to come and get rid of the ants, and the ants came back the very next day in the exact same spot. we had an accessible room due to mobility issues and it was right on the car park, this was great however we realised quickly that people used the outside of the hotel room as a smoking area, and we could hear them talking and playing music through two shut doors and a wall.

  Had a good stay here , the staff were pleasant , the only thing I would say the parking facility is not enough I had to move my vehicle twice once at 10.30 pm and then agian at 10.30 am Special thanks to LIlly for her excellent room service , polite and very friendly and helpful!

  I went to this hotel some friends, I am very surprised about the high reviews. It's not terrible, but it's also not that great. In my case though I have to give 1 star because the room I was in was extremely hot, even with the window open, and the only solution was a very noisy fan that just moved very hot air around. There was also some kind of machine noise. Very uncomfortable room.
