- SGSEO GURUAug 14, 20262.0Its a very basic hotel with no parking, you can buy parking tho. Despite being a 3 star hotel just a small fan was provided which cant help with 33 degree heat and it wasn't much worst inside the room. As most rooms are sun facing. No fidge in the room to keep drinking water chiller. No iron in the room. Carpets have seen atleast a decade of visitors. The hotel rooms can be reached through a maze. The price we paid wasn't worth it at all. So try someother options before committing to this hotel.

Rooms are good, but the bathroom got far too hot, even with the radiator turned off. A small fridge in the rooms would be very useful too. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a good way to kick-start the day.
- RKrukia khanJul 26, 20265.0The night staff member on night Noel was amazing 25/7 and Susan 26/7 day both amazing staff members if I could give them both 10 star review i would they made me and my daughter feel assured they would sort out my stressful situation I got scammed by another stay Noel helped me then with a room that I booked as standard here but there was no room so he got us a premium room with out the extra pay my stressful situation soon became a amazing situation and Susan accommodate for us to leave late as I was so stressed from the night prior I really rate this place guys keep doing what you doing because your amazing I will be booking here again if I ever need to stay in Birmingham never met anybody as nice and helpful as these 2 people thank god for you Noel and Susan we need more people like you both ❤️❤️❤️❤️thank you for everything❤️❤️
