  This place is ideally located for a break from long drives. Wasn't overly clean though and no soundproofing between rooms lead to a poor night's sleep.

  Look , I know that if you are Reading reviews out of curiosity, you might want to spend the lowest money you can . But this hôtel is rabish . Enventually, you'll see the picture that i'll send . This hôtel doesn't have hot water and the staff is like : ohhh it's an old hôtel so it can take 5 to 10min to become hot . Even this scale is not accurate , it doesn't become hot it's cole water . If you want a back in the 17 century experiznce than yes go . The staff said that it's because there is 1 pipe but like i was room 3 and i had cold water . We paid the money while having a bad experience . It's not our problem if this hôtel is old . Breakfast is rabish too 10£ for a small plate , not even unlimited meal. And finally, the hôtel cost , i didn't understand well the rule of booking online or directly in place but just call them and record on a paper the rule so when you come you don't pay . Globally, care less hotel . Come here just if you don't have money but please for your own sake , don't go here and in addition the window couldn't close well so the frensh air just came through the room ane therefore you basickelly sleep in the cold .

  240v ac fan ....in the shower....? Guessing their electrical test and inspection isnt up to standard.

  I read the reviews and was like oh no, we stayed there for a few days, it was not as bad as the reviews, the sleep quality was good. WiFi was good, the bath was small if you're 6ft tall. Breakfast from the service area is a tenner, but not too bad either.
