  It’s a remote hotel, pretty standard Premier Inn, but they had the room cooled on the hottest day of the year when I arrived

  Not for me, all the staff were great and very helpfull. The issues I had were not resolved and overall the experiance was below parr. The hotel is next to the main road and the traffic can be very noisy. Botteled water, tea and Coffee is available as long as you keep going to reception to fetch it. Towels are only exchanged if you ask for them. Not what you expect of a premium room. Also the pub is part of the hotel and drinks are only available until 21.00 when the bar closes. There was also noisy in the morning due to refurbishment adjacent to my room.

  Rooms are decent and have been recently remodelled. Good mirrors and lighting for getting ready. Bed is comfortable, and as you expect at a Premier Inn. Bathroom was ok but older. Location is on a main road in pretty much the middle of nowhere. You are only staying here if you are driving to elsewhere. Not much public transport nearby. No lift so have to carry your luggage up the steps. Hallways and areas are very dated. Small overpriced vending machine so bring everything you need (£3 for a lukewarm 500ml bottle of water) As usual, beefeater next door for some cheapish terrible food. Fan in the room for the heat (pretty certain no air con). View out the window was of a wall. If you are looking for a budget comfy bed in this area then go for it.

  I had a great stay at Premier Inn. The hotel is in a good location, easy to find, with plenty of nearby amenities. Check‑in was speedy and smooth, thanks to Ella, who was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process effortless. Overall, a really pleasant experience and I’d happily stay again.

  Lovely staff, lovely room, having a makeover done inside but still looks great. Outside was not good. Rubbish everywhere. Nothing a litter picker and bag wouldnt of sorted. For first impressions, I did wonder if I had picked the wrong place to stay. Thankfully I was wrong. I would return, just hope next time its as clean outside as inside
