- TWTom WilliamsAug 22, 20264.0Amazing hotel indeed was alot more quiet then mk one from last year esp but small let down was the chair was broken as soon as i sat on it it was moving backwards and forwards easy like it was gonna colapse easy and when i had a issue at night off two drunk girls being loud and noisey the staff was very quick too come up and speak too me which finally stopped after so a big thanks the most too stuff i must say for being supportive the other let down was that housekeeping never replaced any clean towls through the whole day i was out and clearly tottally ignored the sign on my door

The cups provided were also dirty, and there were coffee stains on the wall. For the price paid, I expected much better cleaning standards. The room should have been properly cleaned and checked before guests arrived. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

When we got there, we realised that we didn't choose close rooms together, but they patiently listen to our request to have close room next to our children. That's was so nice of them.
