Lovely rooms all the time. Nice luxury feel with the pretty lights on the ceiling and mirrors. Especially love the purple lights in the bathroom. The shower facilities are always great and very clean. Enough space everywhere- in the bedroom and bathroom. Situated in a nice area opposite the Brewers Fayre and Maypole Farm so you can add on breakfast, or spontaneously check out these food places in the morning. Parking is good. Didn’t realise the parking extended to the Brewers Fayre carpark too, until recent. If you book via phone and call the number it does mention it will charge you- would be nice to have a free line. Rooms also tend to go really quickly here so beware of last minute booking!!
It only lacks a star for me due to staff. Staff could have a little more energy. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile and some enthusiasm. Overall, great place, have stayed here many times and will continue to return!

Premier Inn Bedford south. We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a friends birthday. It’s an hour drive from london. There’s a bus stop near by walking distance. The place was clean and the staff are friendly. The rooms are good size we had a queen size and the kids had 2 single beds. They have free parking space s. You just need to enter your reg. Number on the reception area. The only thing is the restaurant was not open when we went there ( maybe under refurbishment?) but there’s a pub/restaurant (Maypole farm) just a stone away from the hotel. I don’t have a pictures taken I totally forgot.
Our stay here was awful from start to finish.
Had to go speak to receptionist on 4 occasions just to get an iron and a pillow.
Rooms AC was poor, hot stuffy room and unsettled night due to hot room.
Mattress and pillows awful.
Bathroom - awful smell, rotten wood, tap just sprayed water everywhere.
WiFi was awful, my mobile internet speed was faster.
Breakfast, broken coffee machine, told they had no vegan options.
There was no redeeming feature of this place.
One to avoid.
Premier inn bedford south hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights. It’s a 1 hr and 20 mins drive from London. Lots of rooms, it has air conditioning which is a big point for me. The restaurant is closed maybe under refurbishment The room is ok. But there’s a bit of stained in the toilet seat and bit of white staff on the desk. The bed is comfy same as other premier inns. The staff are nice and helpful. I asked one of the staff to clean/tidy our room. No problem at all, they even replaced our towels with fresh ones. I mentioned that the restaurant was closed but there’s a pub just a stone away. Also if you need to buy something there’s a Lidl and Aldi 6-7mins drive. Bed ford Train station was about 10-12mins drive if you’re planning to take public transport. Oh, I forgot to mention that there’s a parking area.
