We went there for 1 night in September, outside temperature was 13°C at night, hence not needing air-conditioning. Our room was 27.5°C in the middle of the night. No air, no ventilation, pointless fan, 4 of us in the room & we just didn't sleep. I complained with the customer service, they said they can't help because I didn't complain in the middle of the night, but only in the morning 😅. Good one!
