  I am disappointed with my stay at the IHG hotel in Bath. Unfortunately, the room was much smaller than expected and felt quite cramped. The biggest issue was the bed, which I found extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. For the price and the standard I would normally expect from an IHG hotel, the overall experience fell below expectations. In addition the bed was supposed to be a King size and according to the staff it is a UK standard King ?? Bath is a lovely city and the hotel may suit people looking for somewhere convenient to stay, but based on the room size and comfort of the bed, I personally wouldn't choose to stay here again.

  I was really disappointed with my stay here. The shower and kettle were thick with limescale which is shocking for this level of hotel. Also, there was noise from the room above, the next room kept slamming their door and hen I tried to put the TV on to muffle sounds it had a bad signal and only a few channels! Also the bed was so uncomfortable - and the room was stuffy. I've stayed at other IHG hotels and this one was not up to standard. Oh, and in the morning I heard someone being sick in their bathroom! Charming! 😮 I am very annoyed I 'treated' myself because I could have spent less for a far nicer hotel...

  My best friend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely impressed from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The location was excellent, the facilities were superb, and everything was handled to a very high standard. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time away. Overall, a fantastic hotel with exceptional service and a lovely atmosphere. I can’t wait to bring my finance back here for a weekend away. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

  This place is unbelievable, such a great hotel. Daniel, who I believe was front of house went above and beyond for us. We arrived in bath on the Friday night and the original accommodation we had booked was shocking so we had to arrange alternative accommodation and we landed on Hotel Indigo. The staff couldn’t have been more amazing. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. I will definitely be staying here again if I ever go to Bath and will be recommending everyone to stay here.

  Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit perfekter, zentraler Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir wurden von Emily beim einchecken sehr freundlich begrüsst. Sie hat uns mit allen Fragen geholfen, hat uns Restaurants empfohlen, die wir später auch besucht hatten. Es war von Anfang an ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön. Geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet, ein himmlisch grosses Bett und den Blick auf die Kirche war einzigartig. Das Badezimmer mit der freistehenden Badewanne und der Regendusche waren ein Traum. Auch der Weg zum Zimmer durch die Korridore war ein Erlebnis. Überall originelle Kunst, ein wunderschönes Farbkonzept und ein so angenehmer Duft. Das Frühstück war auch ein Genuss. Ein grossartiges Buffet mit allem was das Herz am Morgen begehrt. Feinster Kaffee, Früchte, Gemüse, verschiedene frische Brote, Aufschnitt und Käse… und zu all dem noch die frischen Eierspeisen, die wir und à la Card bestellen durften. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Es ist zwar zentral, und in wenigen Gehminute ist man schon im wunderschönen Zentrum von Bath, trotzdem ist die Seitenstrasse sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann problemlos kurz ins Zimmer zurück um sich kurz zu erholen, um dann frisch gestärkt wieder die Stadt zu erkunden. Am Abend haben wir einige Drinks an der Bar genossen. Auch die Bar ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Drinks und Cocktails waren köstlich zubereitet, schöne Gläser, eine gemütliche Lichtstimmung und auch hier ein sehr schönes Farbkonzept in der Einrichtung. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel von Herzen… es ist ein Schmuckstück in einer wunderschönen Stadt. Und nochmals würde ich gerne Emily vom Front Desk erwähnen. Ihre herzliche Art, ihre Freundlichkeit und die super Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und vegetarischen Restaurants in der Stadt haben uns schon im ersten Moment das Gefühl gegeben, sehr willkommen zu sein und das beste Hotel gewählt zu haben!
