  Great location, about 5 min walk from train station and at most 15 minute walk to the farthest sights. Staff were all super friendly and the garden room was clean, spacious, and with a comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

  Disorganized amateurish hotel. Stay away. Had to switch rooms because the AC wasn’t working. The hotel gave me a queen bed when i booked a king. And of course the room wasn’t ready at their “guaranteed” check in time of 3pm. The bathrooms were filthy with rust stains everywhere.

  Exceptional room, amenities, breakfast, bar, and overall service. We stayed here for three nights to celebrate my partner's birthday, and we had the most wonderful time throughout. The hotel provided two small bottles of prosecco and some chocolate with a handwritten note to wish my partner for their birthday, all completely complementary, and truly thoughtful. The room (and the hotel too) was beautifully and quirkily decorated, with several handy amenities likely fluffy robes, an ironing board and iron, and a comfy lounge chair and footstool. There were plenty of conveniently-located electrical outlets and charging points, and several mirrors, including two full-length ones. The bathroom was huge, with an excellent rain shower and very nice toiletries. Sounds do travel from the street if you leave the windows open, but once shut it is quite soundproof. The breakfast was great, with a lot of choice in the buffet as well as made-to-order options (the scrambled eggs are excellent!). Nespresso coffee in the room was great, and so was the coffee in the restaurant. The location is fantastic, and easily walkable to literally anywhere in Bath. Overall, a brilliant stay and a near-faultless experience. Thanks staff! You were great :)

  This is a beautiful well kept hotel. We only stayed one night, but seriously contemplating adding on. I love a place that takes pride in the fixtures. Everything felt cared for. Highe end fixtures and toilet seats , the tub had a sliding table for wine glasses. The walking shower was big enough for two. We stayed in one of the vaults under the front sidewalk and really couldn't have been happier.

  When u make the reservation, you are advised to check whether it is located at basement or whether it has window . Unfortunately our room is at basement one and the window is facing the wall without any view to the city . Pedestrian walking at ground passing your window that you can only close the curtain all the time . Other than this, the room is decent and the location is great .
