- CCClarky_697Aug 6, 20261.0We arrived to find that the restaurant (beef eater) was completely closed for anything other than breakfast during our stay, which we weren't informed of when booking both rooms. We were given the option of a £17 each meal refund or we could drive into dundee city centre to the beef eater for the evening meal deal or likewise to a local pub which was a 5 minute drive away. None of the options were ideal for us, and had we known we would have booked the premier inn 5 miles down the road, instead. The rooms and building itself are a bit dated, but ok, although I did find a long black hair on a pillow. Staff were friendly and helpful and the cooked breakfast was good, albeit the breakfast juices were a bit warm rather than chilled.

- GFGordon FarmanJul 13, 20264.0A comfortable night spent at this very affordable premier Inn. Great location on the east carriageway of the Kingsway for anone travelling through Dundee. The man at reception was friendly and helpful upon check in.The room was large and modern with all the amenities required for one night. The bed as always was comfartable. Wifi poor as usual with Premier Inns. There was no lift in our area, so it was a struggle to lift suitcases upstairs and the shower was over a high sided bath. If you have any mobility issues, consider this before room allocation. One real negative comment was that the day before arrival we received an email stating that the restaurant was closed. We had planned to have a meal and wine there, so this was really disuptive to our stay.
