- GWGail WyroskiJun 19, 20265.0I had one of the best views of my entire trip to Scotland! I had stayed at another Premiere Inn in Edingburgh and the thermostat didn't work. This one here was an upgrade and worked perfectly.
- HFHayden FraserJun 11, 20261.0Terrible service and filthy room conditions. We specifically requested to have our room cleaned during our stay, which was completely ignored. The bed was left unmade, and the bin was left overflowing with rubbish. When we ran out of toilet paper and needed fresh towels, we had to go and ask for them ourselves. Instead of actually servicing the room, staff just dumped the loose toilet paper sheets and fresh towels in a pile on top of the unmade bed. They didn't even bother to refill the actual tissue dispenser, and they left all the dirty towels piling up in the bathtub. Speaking of the bathroom, the bath itself was cracked and visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the bed was stained with what looked exactly like blood. The staff were generally unhelpful and completely indifferent to the state of the room. Premier Inn always brags about their "Good Night Guarantee," but this stay was an absolute joke. I will absolutely never return.

The staff friendly and professional. I came by train and the hotel was 5 min walk and near to all amenities. Also, the beefeater restaurant was next door. I would definately recommend.
