- CMCarla Anderlyn Sosa Monterotoday2.0not that clean, as mentioned by other reviews, understaffed. At the restaurant waited 20 mins without being seen and waiters didn’t open their eyes to look around, walked pass my table multiple times, and would quickly walk back to the bar just to stand there
- JSJohn Smith1 day ago3.0We were not told when we booked that you have to pre pay and book for meals and had to go into town to eat my company use premier inn several times a year usually booking 3 or more rooms at a time but after the guys could not get food after traveling and working we won't be using premier inn hotels in the future
- TDTim D'Ath1 day ago2.0We tried to change a room on a group booking for 3 nights stay which had a bedroom view of a wall. Staff insisted they couldnt help and didn't resolve this matter. Trying to change damp towels was also challenging. Restaurant was only taking those who had booked meal deals as apparently were short on kitchen staff. Overall disappointing service from Premier Inn.
- SYShaaista YousafSep 29, 20261.0Booked here for one night as it was convenient. we had a function to attend to in the V&A. I had asked for riverside view but were given a room overlooking the carpark .The bathroom had a strong smell of urin as we walked we could smell it. I spoke to the receptionist when we came back from our function in the evening she just shrugged her shoulders and that was it .
- AMAnne McKinnonSep 27, 20263.0Things did not go as smoothly as they usually do! We couldn't check in using the screens as they hadn't been updated. We then queued and got checked in but then the key cards didn't work. We asked at checking in about booking meals and were told meals started at 5pm and we didn't need to book. Discovered the kitchen didn't open until 5.30 pm. Came back at 5.30 to be told they weren't taking non meal deal customers. However the lady did go away and found out that she could take us. She couldn't be faulted. They just seemed really under staffed and the hotel staff weren't telling customers the same as the restaurant staff. All worked out in the end. All staff were polite and helpful and we would come back again.
