Absolutely terrible weekend away. Staff were absolutely horrendous and treated not only myself but my group of friends like we were scum. Blame was put on us for all the noise even though they had works going on In the hotel. Mess thrown about everywhere from seagulls and bins not being emptied was our fault. And we were told we had to be inside by 10Pm! Will not be going back to this essential prison where anything that could be seen as any other emotion then depression was despised. I’ve attached a photo of how they should rebrand in the future

‘Welcome to Portlethen Premier inn’ was the email I received on the morning of our stay. Well that was the biggest lot of excrement ( want to keep it clean) I’ve ever read. Customer service on arrival was lovely, lad was really nice but then low n behold the true colours were shown. First was the shortness of some of the staff and I thought hmm ok, let it slide. Then there’s the service at the bar, I’ve had some terrible customer service but this was shocking I felt such an inconvenience for just buying a drink. We are such a happy club and we just love as a team getting together and thought Portlethen Premier inn would see we were nae bother at aw and true Scottish style we know how to enjoy ourselves without causing any fuss. But NAW we were made to feel an inconvenience, a bunch of hooligans and not welcome in their poor excuse of building site (sorry hotel) Your ethos: The brand ethos of Premier Inn is centered on the promise of consistency, dependability, and affordable quality. As the UK's largest hotel chain, their core operational motto is "You know what you're getting". This is supported by their famous "Good Night Guarantee," which promises guests a full refund if they do not get a great night's sleep Not only did I not get a good night sleep (not from noise) bed was not comfy. I did not know I was getting such terrible customer service . If I was to give advice don’t tar all folk with the same brush.

Worst place to stay staff are horrible and I got followed home after going to McDonald's one night by a staff member. Wouldn't recommend at all. Staff bitching about us while we are in getting breakfast. Getting staff coming out to us every few hours for nothing just trying to intimate us. We are respectful but up to a point. (STAY AWAY) staff friendliness 😂 your having a laugh

Having been at this Premier Inn before we had recommended to a number of people in our club to stay here prior to The Aberdeen Performance Show. Right from the start our group were targeted, classed as 'Young Boy racers' even though our group age ranged from 21 - 50+. We were informed that the hotel did not accept pets however the managers dog roamed freely in and out of the hotel and even had to be told to clear up their mess. on the 2nd day of our stay my husband was approached extremely aggressively by the manager telling us to move our chairs off the car park and we had already been told this (we had but because we were drinking and that area is not licenced). Breakfast was really disappointing and the rude and unkind manner of the staff to our group led to us not wanting to go into the bar or eat at the resteraunt for the rest of the stay. 7am wake up with drills, nail guns and workmen was not the most relaxing. Given 10pm curfews by the staff even though it states clearly quiet time is after 11pm. The list goes on and I for one will never give this hotel my custom again which is a shame as I have never had a bad experience from a Prem Inn before. Cleanliness, staff professionalism and attitude needs serious attention. To be treated they way we were and even followed back to rooms and accused of things we were not responsible for is disgraceful. We have stayed as a Car Club at Buckingham Premier Inn for the last 5 years and always informed how respectful we are. Worst experience ever!

Worst premier in experience iv ever had spent 3 nights hear with my car club and soon as we arrived we all got the same treatment like we are a massive issue to the whole establishment staff was rude and controlling even followed us back to our rooms at night work was also being carried out on the hotel with work starting at 7am supposed to be started for 9am with workers leaving building materials over foot paths if it was possible to give the negative stars i would Our car club was respectable clearing up any mess we made while out on the grass having a few drinks if anything we left the place better than we found it
