Needs a freshen up. They've cut back as no room service now you have to ask for clean towels if you need them and replenish the coffee/tea yourself from reception, which is not a hardship.Bed was comfy. We've always uaed Premier Inns but this stay has made us think we'll look at other hotels in future.
