Pros:
We would return to this hotel for the staff alone. We went with our 5 month old son whilst my husband was up for business meetings. The staff simply couldn't be any more friendly and helpful!
Very quiet room and comfortable bed.
Food was good and served quickly.
Cons:
The downsides are the pavements and tarmac surrounding the "accessible" entrance. Terrible condition and difficult to push our travel stroller across. The pavements leading to this entrance are cobbled too so very difficult to use.
Also, it's good to know that there is a vegan cooked breakfast option (been to many Premier Inns before and this is the only time staff have mentioned this option). However, chef must be unfamiliar with cooking vegan This Is bacon because it was really overcooked. Vegan bacon only needs a min or two. Having said this, I'm sure the staff would have rectified this had I said something. Seriously, you have such a lovely team.

I stayed here for 1 month and can gladly rate this hotel 2 star.
Short review: Bog standard hotel with the premier inn logo slapped on. It offers very little and lacks in a lot of areas, the only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because there's probably worse hotels in Aberdeen.
Long review. I was hopeful for staying in this hotel as I've stayed in a lot of other premier inns worthy of being "Premier" but this hotel is far from. I was constantly reminded about how cheap and lacking this business is and you can see it if you look closer
Accessible entrance is at the back of the hotel, for those using the front entrance grab your gas mask as there was always at least 2-3 people smoking on the stairs. It took 3 times to get house keeping to clean my room. The free WiFi is worthless and the premium WiFi is too slow to justify the cost, not when my phone was pulling 10 times that for a fraction of the monthly cost. The bed is comfy I will admit and you're spoilt for pillows, the Aircon works too keeping the room cool at night. But...that's if you can sleep, the curtains are blackout but are way too small for the window so yeah... Keep the light on when you go to bed, same thing. The rooms are not quiet at all imo due to the road and at the front are full size family rooms and the rooms at the back are mini rooms so choose carefully.
They all have a 42 Inch TV in with a hdmi port but it's not smart. So you'll need a fire stick or I brought my laptop and used that.
The restaurant was okay though limited seating so don't wait to get breakfast, food was also generic.
There's no gym or leisure facilities here and overall the building looks a mess and in serious need of modernization works.
Will I stay here again? At my own free will? Nope. If forced... Then yes, as I said there's probably worse. But I can imagine theres absolutely better.

I used the self service check in which saved me standing in the queue at reception. Very quick and easy. Room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Probably the quietest room I've ever had in a hotel as well (room 442). It was very cheap so worth the five stars. It was perfect for what I needed at the time. Staff were friendly as well. :)
