- CGCritique GirlMar 21, 20263.0We checked in yesterday, and the front desk lady was not friendly in the least. Always a bad sign. She acted as though the very sight of us disgusted her. Never smiled, no eye contact - just rude and clearly not well-trained in customer service. Breakfast was also a disappointment. No regular orange juice, no biscuits, no bacon, no yogurt. The three stars are for the maintenance staff. Hotel common areas and room were very clean.

She remembered us from a visit the year before and was kind as ever. The hotel rooms are immaculate. If you need extra bathroom supplies just ask. The coffee machines in the lobby are modern (Costa Coffee) and they have a great selection of creamers and sugars. The pool and gym are nice and the continental breakfast is good enough to be served on an island! Did I mention how close it is the Highway, outlet malls, and restaurants? You must stay here!

The last time we stayed, there were ball teams running up and down the halls all night in addressed. For over 200 per night, go somewhere else, this is a roadside motel, not a destination hotel. Ridiculously expensive for what you get. The bright spot was the staff is outstanding and professional.
