  Front desk did not have are reservations ready. I've been traveling for almost 4 years every week for work. Usually at a IHG they have are cards ready and the paper ready to sign by the time I give them my ID. They also never asked us for a tag number. Had to go get it for my co-worker and ended up having to wait on another person myself because they neglected to ask me if I was checking in myself too. They really seemed like they were all over they place and unprepared. Not saying this to get them fired, just wish for someone to teach them to be more prepared. Then I get to the room, I pay for subscriptions and I'd be stupid not to use them and let my money got to waist. So i try to plug in my stuff to the tv and I get it all set up with wifi. Try to turn on my one of my shows and the sound doesn't work. Tryed moving things around with the HDMIs ( because for some reason they've started mounting these useless boxes behind the tv, that mess with what ever you try and hook up ) and that didn't work. Also I understand the hotel is full tonight but apparently there wifi couldn't even handle that, never had that problem at any other IHG. Also for some reason the show wouldn't even load with my Hotspot hooked up so they really got some stuff to figure out because I've never had that problem. Thankfully I only have to be here one night but I won't be coming back.

  This is the best hotel on the planet!!! Althea, Yolonda and Jackie and the absolute greatest! I travel here all the time for work and it feels like a second home for me. The rooms are alway super clean, beds are super soft and is just the best hotel ever. Highly recommend!!!

  My family and I came down for a soccer tournament. Althea was amazing from the time we walked l, checked in and check out. She’s a jewel and so sweet!

  My husband and I have traveled extensively including internationally through the years. We've stayed in all types of accommodations from a tiny camper Air B & B in someone's backyard to 5 star Hotels. And in all that genre of experience to Hospitality, I can with great honesty and thoughtful consideration say that we were welcomed at this superb Hotel by the most honorable regard. The facilities and room we were given were immaculate! It was extremely quiet for a restful sleep! Morning greeted us with 2 delicious breakfast omelets, sausage, hot coffee, and a lovely smile! The staff are above board! Incredible quality across the board that far exceeded our usual expectations. What a 5 star hotel you have here! We can not say enough positivity about the 5 star ☆☆☆☆☆ staff at this Woodstock, Ga Holiday Inn Express. Genuinely outstanding guys!!! Thank you for the incredible experience of a lifetime. No exaggeration at our ages.

  Holiday Inn Express is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!!!! We just sold our house in Jasper and needed a place to land for the week to de-stress and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk was warm and friendly and always asked if we needed anything to make our stay more enjoyable. Althea needs a special shout-out because she was always entertaining guests with boundless energy! You can tell she makes friends wherever she goes. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and it was spotless and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The cleaning crew were some of the friendliest people I have ever met and they were on top of everything. Even the public bathrooms in the hotel were sparkling. The hotel itself for the amount of rooms it has is fairly quiet. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to all my friends.
