I checked in 12 mid night for a funeral 14 Feb 2926 -16 Feb 2027 they charged me for 3 nights additional night was 13 Feb 2026 and $50 fee still trying to receive my Refund the rooms was not worth the price they advertise the carpet was dirty, dust on the furniture and dry food and dust on the floor area had to sweep dust and clean the bath tub with color bleach to disinfect to shower. Hall smell like pee, elevator was out of order, and the night manager marvin was rude as hell . If you stay at this hotel stay one night only and make sure you bring your own bed sheets pillow and pillow case. Wish I could give no stars

The good: nice desk people. Marvin is a gem. The AM woman was pleasant. The bed was comfortable enough, the room was clean
The bad: the elevator is broken. The breakfast was ok, watery oatmeal. But a lot of toppings for waffles and oatmeal.
The ugly: toilet clogged after first morning use. My family of 4 had to go down to the lobby to use the bathrooms. And of course that meant using the bathroom for anything else was very unpleasant. The plunger they let us use did not help the toilet.
