  From the receptionist to the room, we were not satisfied with our stay. We checked out within an hour of checking in. I was charged a full night as we checked in at approximately 10-10:30pm. She said that she couldn't check me out until the next day. Why, i dont know. It was easy to check in but, not check out Plus, charged for not staying.I'm not happy as my husband(who was there for umpire training) was not happy either. Just a bad decision on my part to reserve this hotel, NEVER again will I stay there. Disappointed and dissatisfied with SureStay Warner Robins, Georgia.

  Stay was ok. On my day to check out i called down at 9:30 and told the front desk i would be staying again. They said i had to come to the desk. I said when i get dressed and ready I'll stop by the desk. The desk called every hour and i advised them was coming to pay as soon as I was dressed to leave the room . At 12 i was on my way to go pay when my room one rang, front desk, i advised the Indian man that was on my way to bring him his payment now, he said no, just leave. I said leave? You rather lose an hour than has need pay for another night? He said he's ma'am just leave , I've asked you to come pay and you have not. I said I've advised you of when I will pay and I'm on the way but there we are many other hotels in the Hospitality industry, that will take my money and appreciate it with friendly service and not get offended by meeting the needs of a western woman or bring disobeyed by one. I will not stay again, rooms do not impress.

  My husband and I came here three years ago on the first night of our honey moon when it was still the Vista. We were on our way out of town and in search for an affordable honeymoon suite. We came back last night for our anniversary and was impressed with how much more clean it is with them new name change. Love the massive space, illuminating lights, and massive bubble bath. Great place to stay for couples!

  The managers are very helpful; they make it a priority to ensure the comfort and accommodation of their guests. I would gladly stay again at any future opportunity.
