- CWC W4 days ago5.05 of us arrived extremely early in the morning 🌛and Mike was the representative behind the front desk. Let me say this very loud...🎤...Mike is exceptional! Very pleasant and easy to talk to. 👥That same day, as I was venturing outside, someone else behind the counter, asked me my name( he thought I was someone else expecting mail) and Mike explained, I was a hotel guest and even knew my room number. The room was efficient for a short stay and the beds were just fine.🛏 There was a stale smoke and mold odor especially when the AC was turned on. Maybe it just needs cleaned. The room itself was clean but I did see some "age" The hallway was quiet and not cluttered or dirty. The location is great! Easy off and on the freeway and for a fast food breakfast, McDonald's is next door although, the coffee at this hotel was good.☕️This was my first experience with Candlewood and I don't think I'd hesitate to stay at another Thank you, Mike for your hospitality and kindness. In today's world, we need more of you 😊
