And though I called you for paper products, because I told my glucose monitor woke me, you asked me again and again if I needed anything else. And that is when I said some chips would help bring my sugar back up. You were so kind to bring me a bag of chips and orange juice. You arrived in 5 minutes, just like you said. And it was such a treat to get to hold Lucy. That pet interaction was very comforting. Brother Mike, for more than 3 years Candlewood Suites Warner Robins AFB has been my home. And what makes it home is not the physical structure and my address. No. What makes Candlewood Suites my home are the people: the kind General Manager (my "Unlikely Angel"), the Front Desk Manager, the Support Staff (Brother Mike, Sister Caterina, Sister Shay, Sister Ebony, Brother Ben, and others) whom I have come to regard as family, staff that goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and cared for, staff - No! - CWC WNov 20, 20255.05 of us arrived extremely early in the morning 🌛and Mike was the representative behind the front desk. Let me say this very loud...🎤...Mike is exceptional! Very pleasant and easy to talk to. 👥That same day, as I was venturing outside, someone else behind the counter, asked me my name( he thought I was someone else expecting mail) and Mike explained, I was a hotel guest and even knew my room number. The room was efficient for a short stay and the beds were just fine.🛏 There was a stale smoke and mold odor especially when the AC was turned on. Maybe it just needs cleaned. The room itself was clean but I did see some "age" The hallway was quiet and not cluttered or dirty. The location is great! Easy off and on the freeway and for a fast food breakfast, McDonald's is next door although, the coffee at this hotel was good.☕️This was my first experience with Candlewood and I don't think I'd hesitate to stay at another Thank you, Mike for your hospitality and kindness. In today's world, we need more of you 😊
