  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The hotel itself was fine. It was clean and comfortable, and conveniently located near the waterpark, which is clearly a major draw and likely keeps demand high. I made an honest booking mistake and selected the wrong date. I did not realize it until the following morning when I received a “thank you for your stay” email. I immediately called the front desk to correct the error and move the reservation to the intended night. I fully own the mistake. However, management enforced the no-show charge and refused to apply it toward the corrected stay. The room went unused, and we still needed a room for the intended night, so I effectively paid for two nights when I only needed one. Policies matter, but so does discretion. A one-time courtesy adjustment would have preserved goodwill and earned loyalty. Instead, the response felt rigid and revenue-focused rather than customer-focused. If customer loyalty and fair treatment matter to you, I would strongly encourage considering other nearby options. There are businesses that value long-term relationships over short-term charges. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

  It was great and the staff was very friendly after a very long flight from Europe. They made me feel very welcome and I slept like a rock after a good long hot shower and a good shave!!! Once again I would highly recommend this hotel and kudos to the staff for making my stay very enjoyable

  Very friendly staff. Rooms, halls, elevators, grounds, etc are all kept clean and well maintained. Breakfast provided and included hot and cold items.

  I stayed at this hotel during a PCS move with two small children and a dog. We were assigned to Room 112. Shortly after arrival, we killed a cockroach on the wall near the headboard. Upon further inspection of the bed, we discovered cockroach droppings on top of the bed sheets near the pillows. Finding biological waste on the primary sleeping surface is truly concerning. While the front desk agent, Jennifer, was professional and relocated us, we were not settled into our new room until 9:30 PM. This was an exhausting delay for a family after a 12 hour travel day. Despite these unsanitary conditions, the manager, Mike Davis, refused to provide any monetary compensation for the significant inconvenience. He only offered 5,000 rewards points. Please note, we paid an additional 50 dollar per night pet fee in additional to the advertised rates. A room move is a basic requirement when an infestation is found, not a real resolution. If you are a military family or traveling with pets, avoid this hotel. The high fees do not guarantee a sanitary room.
