Big difference, first cloth chair had numerous stains, clocks were wrong, bathroom floor was dirty, shower had 2 bath gels and 1 shampoo. I asked for conditioner and the housekeeper didn’t even replace, just left on sink. Hot breakfast was boring; same every day. When I mentioned to the front desk employee where the conditioner was left she apologized and was upset. Furthermore when I pay that much to sleep there I really don’t expect to make my own bed every day. I also had to ask for my trash to be emptied. The good was the walk in shower was great, loved the comfortable bed and your bath towels were large. I’ve visited my family for 25 years and always stayed at the Hampton inn. But tried BW because of the location. I doubt I will come again. Also, in the past we used your miniature golf and inside bowling during my visits. BTW this is the first negative review I ever gave but I think you should be aware.
