  Totally ruined my sisters birthday. Sold her reservations to someone else and moved her to a room that needed repairs. No respect for her and her family regarding the reservations. We traveled hundreds of miles to smell dogs and food being cooked next door. She specifically reserved a room on the second floor as heavy traffic rooms on the first floor are frequently used and can be an issue. Nevertheless, if your looking for a room for the night, I would strongly suggest somewhere otherwise. Now if you have a love for dogs, cats, and smells? Have at it. It should be called a doggy hotel.

  Ruined BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION 🎆🎉🎆🎆🎉🎉🎉🎉🎆🎉 Reservation were done in March for April. Upon arrival was told my reservation and room was given to someone else. In what universe 😧💭 and country does that? I'm not brushing it under the rug because I matter just like the people who you gave my room too. I don't care who they are, they had the option to go somewhere else. So let's be clear. They told me no matter if you reserve a room and pay in advance, if someone else comes with bigger pockets they will sell your room to accommodate the big wigs. SMH 🙄. Oh and I'm not done yet!!!!!

  Arrived late night on 3/1/26 and was met by a young lady who was very welcoming, nice, friendly. She explained everything to me regarding property. Check in was easy. Room was big spacious clean very nice. I stayed for 14 days. My stay is one of the best I have ever had. I travel frequently and I’m super pleased to come across this hidden gem. Enjoyed every moment of my stay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Housekeepers and front desk super nice and very professional . Maintenance guy was super efficient and polite . Even an older gentleman everyday I came in he spoke with the cutest little dog who even wagged tail when I would past by. It feels good to come to establishment and you can tell staff is truly passionate about what they do. I love this place. Definitely enjoyed my 14 days here. My employer picked a great place. I will be back soon. THANK THANK THANK YOU ENTIRE CANDLEWOOD SUITES STAFF FOR SUCH A PLEASANT STAY .

  Rooms are nice and convenient with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, mini coffee pot, Stove Top, and dishes to eat and prepare meals. The room's cleanliness was lacking. The floor in the kitchen area was filthy and a coffee satchel was still in coffee pot, but did have clean sheets and clean bathroom. The front desk was absolutely fantastic in dealing with an emergency with my mother in the middle of the night. They were very accommodating and couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I would definitely stay here again
