    Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location. After a 10-hour drive, my husband and I booked a room through Priceline, but due to exhaustion and a medical condition, I overlooked the 4 PM check-in time—something I take responsibility for. When we arrived, we were told no rooms were available. The front desk associate, who stated he was new and overwhelmed, did try to help, but ultimately referred us back to Priceline. What’s most disappointing is not the $187 loss, but the lack of empathy or effort by their resolution team to offer a reasonable solution. After waiting three days, I was denied a refund with no explanation and wasn’t offered a credit for a future stay—even with trip protection. We travel often and have stayed with this hotel chain many times, but this experience has led us to take our business elsewhere.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The hotel itself was fine. It was clean and comfortable, and conveniently located near the waterpark, which is clearly a major draw and likely keeps demand high. I made an honest booking mistake and selected the wrong date. I did not realize it until the following morning when I received a “thank you for your stay” email. I immediately called the front desk to correct the error and move the reservation to the intended night. I fully own the mistake. However, management enforced the no-show charge and refused to apply it toward the corrected stay. The room went unused, and we still needed a room for the intended night, so I effectively paid for two nights when I only needed one. Policies matter, but so does discretion. A one-time courtesy adjustment would have preserved goodwill and earned loyalty. Instead, the response felt rigid and revenue-focused rather than customer-focused. If customer loyalty and fair treatment matter to you, I would strongly encourage considering other nearby options. There are businesses that value long-term relationships over short-term charges. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

    It was great and the staff was very friendly after a very long flight from Europe. They made me feel very welcome and I slept like a rock after a good long hot shower and a good shave!!! Once again I would highly recommend this hotel and kudos to the staff for making my stay very enjoyable

    Very friendly staff. Rooms, halls, elevators, grounds, etc are all kept clean and well maintained. Breakfast provided and included hot and cold items.
