    First you put me in a room with there’s no heat or air-conditioning. Change my room at 3 o’clock in the morning put me in another room where the refrigerator don’t work. You haven’t even checked the room out before you rent the room to us and now you’re trying to blame us to say that we did something no you’re lying

    This hotel, location, staff, and all it entails was wonderful. The staff were especially kind and helpful. However, I spilled a can of Diet Coke in my room and used a small pool towel to clean it up quickly so that it did not warp the floors. I did not have any paper towels or other means of cleaning up my spill. Upon receiving my receipt email later, I noticed a $30 miscellaneous charge on my bill, inquired, and found out that it was because I used a towel to clean up my spill. I don't understand what else I should have done in this situation as it needed to be cleaned quickly, and I don't see how one, thin towel is worth $30. The stay was fantastic but the greed and excessive charge is disappointing.

    I have experienced the Aiden Hotel multiple times and each time I have really enjoyed myself. Thanks to the front desk staff and a very special shout out to a wonderful hotel representative Nilay(Niel) for always making sure my stay is exactly what I expect.

    This is my second time staying here, and everything is great - I mean everything: the rooms, the amenities, and the customer service. Neil has assisted me in both stays and has done an exceptional job. This is the place to go if you're looking for somewhere nice with a phenomenal view.

    This place was a Godsend to us. We had originally booked rooms at the Meriwether County Inn and the rooms were absolutely disgusting! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms were clean and the views were stunning! They even reopened the bar for us after a wedding we got back from. I would highly recommend this place. I wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the gorgeous giant gazebo and outdoor sitting area!
