It was definitely an unexpected and stressful moment, but the staff handled it with calm and professionalism. I especially want to thank Ayalah at the front desk — she was incredibly composed, kind, and helpful. She quickly got me into a new room and her calm demeanor and genuine care really stood out.

They stayed they had none available but was able to get me into room 200 on the second floor. When I arrived today, I was told my room was on the 4th floor. This was not acceptable as my wife will only stay in a 1st or 2nd floor room. I was told by the young lady at the desk I would not be held liable for not taking the room if we declined the 4th floor room. We did just that declined the room and finished our trip to Central Florida instead of staying overnight in Valdosta. Still waiting to see if I get charged for the room. We were charged for the room but following a call with the General Manager, a credit was issued.
