    Great Service During an Unexpected Situation During my stay, there was a small microwave fire in the room next to mine that caused quite a bit of smoke. It was definitely an unexpected and stressful moment, but the staff handled it with calm and professionalism. I especially want to thank Ayalah at the front desk — she was incredibly composed, kind, and helpful. She quickly got me into a new room and her calm demeanor and genuine care really stood out.

    I made a reservation for a handicapped room with a roll-in shower a couple weeks ago. When talking to the staff I requested a room on the first floor. They stayed they had none available but was able to get me into room 200 on the second floor. When I arrived today, I was told my room was on the 4th floor. This was not acceptable as my wife will only stay in a 1st or 2nd floor room. I was told by the young lady at the desk I would not be held liable for not taking the room if we declined the 4th floor room. We did just that declined the room and finished our trip to Central Florida instead of staying overnight in Valdosta. Still waiting to see if I get charged for the room. We were charged for the room but following a call with the General Manager, a credit was issued.

    Stayed her for the Sun Belt Equipment Expo in Moultrie. Fabulous staff, especially Laurie! She took great care of team and made sure we had a great and relaxing stay!

    Laurie was fantastic and she was very attentive to our needs. We could not ask for better service. She went above and beyond what I would expect from any hotel.

    Stayed there working Sunbelt Ag show. They were super busy. Lori did an awesome job taking care of our group!!! Will stay there again!
