My only complaint is the noise of the A/C ... I knew something was amiss when we saw that ear plugs were provided but super thankful that they were. Also, mold or mildew on the shower floor (caulk) needs to be addressed.

As a mom traveling alone with two little ones under three- while also going through chemotherapy for breast cancer- I cannot express how much the kindness and professionalism here meant to us. Paolo at the front desk was unbelievably kind and went far above what is typically expected. He brought extra towels, helped with a large trash bag, and made sure we had everything we needed…tasks that are not usually part of the front-desk responsibilities at this location. His compassion and professionalism made a world of difference during a very challenging trip. I also want to recognize Lavonia (apologies if I’m misspelling her name). She prepared one of the best breakfast spreads in the entire state of Georgia. She was warm, attentive, and so sweet with my children while I fixed their breakfast. Her hospitality set the tone for our whole morning, and I’m incredibly grateful. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and truly clean, including sanitized cribs…something every parent deeply appreciates. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness far exceeded expectations. On our trip north, we stayed at the Hilton Home2 Suites across the street. For our return, we chose Holiday Inn Express… and it was a night-and-day difference. The Hilton rooms were nowhere near as clean or comfortable, and their breakfast was simply passable. Holiday Inn Express offered a far superior experience in every way. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express Valdosta, for helping a mom with two little ones- during your busiest weekend- with genuine care and attentiveness. You gave us the break on the road we desperately needed, and we are truly grateful. Highly, highly recommended.

She heard my husband wasn’t feeling well and she upgraded our room, we were closer to the elevator and she gave us 2 bottles of water. Cat is a very valuable team member and we would definitely return to this property .. because of Cat.
