    Located right next to interstate so convenient for travelling. The most comfortable bed and well set out room I have ever slept in. Front desk staff, especially Michael Hall, was nice, accommodating, and just down right pleasant. Would very well recommend.

    Wow!! What a hidden gem!! I had the pleasure of staying here with family this past weekend and enjoyed every moment of the stay. To start I was greeted by Ms. Genesis at the front desk, she was so pleasant and patient with me and my indecisiveness of room choice. She even walked me down to see a few of the different rooms. Such great customer service. The lobby area was very nice, clean and quiet. The hallways and elevators was just as clean there was a clean smell throughout, no moldy or musty smells there. So now I make it to my room which was the Queen with a slight view, the bed is very comfortable . The rooms are a very nice size and comes with a kitchenette (studio style)and a nice size bathroom. The rooms are very well kept and clean, Best Western really takes pride with this gem. Complimentary hot breakfast is offered, I must say that Ruth I believe is her name makes the best grits by far, the food was good and presented well. Ms. Sammie was good with checking other family members in as well. As you can see that I can go on and on about this hidden gem. ALL of the staff that we encountered has great personality and hospitality and we were all so happy that we picked Best Western Valdosta to connect. Now that my brother is a Minister there I will (plan too I live 4 hours away) visit once a month and Best Western is definitely my go to while in Valdosta. The pics are great but in person they're greater. Thanks to the entire staff that worked this past weekend and for making our stay a pleasant one.
