  We were in Tifton working and had to leave early before breakfast time. My husband ask Jenny, who handles breakfast food, if we could possibly get some of their delicious cinnamon rolls. She not only gave us those but gave us bananas and oranges to go with them. Such a sweet lady!!!

  The hotel grounds, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, everything smelled good and the beds were very comfortable. Havent experienced the breakfast yet as we have just checked in. The downside that already ruined the stay for us was the front desk woman's service. I had lost my ID somewhere in the back of my truck and our reservation was made under my husband's ID, since he is the one who is a IHG member for the last 25 years. The credit-card on his profile was the same one we had always used, even at another Holiday inn Express @ Forsyth Ga that we had used 6 nights before using this location. The CC was in my name and we always used it for nothing but our hotel stays and we have never had a problem nor did we have to provide any ID other than my husbands. The clerk refused to use said card even though it showed where we used it repeatedly and it also showed that it was on file and had the same address as other peices 9f ID she basically said it wasnt her problem and that we had to use a card that had my husband's name on it or we wouldn't be avle to stay. This was after traveling since early this morning with our 87 yr old mom.We Ended up using our debit card which we didnt like to do because of so many people warning of getting hacked from hotels and gas stations. As we said, it was a nice clean hotel but one horrible clerk with a "better than you attitude" and " the I've got you over a barrel attitude " We stayed the night but won't darken the doorstep here again.

  I used to stay at Holiday Inns all the time but switched to Hilton for work travel. This trip, I ended up back at a Holiday Inn through my company, and I’m actually really glad I did. After a long day of traveling, I was tired and dealing with some booking issues since it was made through corporate. Delvin at the front desk made everything easy and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and just genuinely helpful. It was such a nice reminder of how great the Holiday Inn experience can be when you have people like him at the front desk. Internet is a bit slow.

  TIFYON YOU HAVE A GEM DELVIN WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR VISIT. HE MADE SURE WE HAD A GREAT PARKING SPOT , GREAT RATE AND MOST OF ALL HE ALSO STOPPED AND PRAYED WITH ME FOR MY MOTHER IN LAW WHO JUST PASSED. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TREATED US WITH EXTREMELY SOUTHERN HOSTILITY. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS WHAT MAKES ESTABLISHMENTS. HE LOVES! GIVE THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE AND A TEAM TO BUILD HE HAS FIRE IN HIM! THANK YOU DEVIN WE CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!!

  Review: From the moment I arrived, Devin greeted me with such warmth and professionalism—it really set the tone for my stay. The next morning, as I was preparing to leave early, the manager (I believe) kindly asked how my stay was and if there was anything I would change. Honestly, I couldn’t think of a single thing. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and I had absolutely no complaints. A truly pleasant experience from start to finish. --- Would you like help posting this somewhere or tailoring it for a specific platform like Google, Yelp, or TripAdvisor?
