The beds were also comfortable. The breakfast was actually one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. The next staff that came in was also very friendly. - RLRaechel LeroyOct 7, 20252.0I think the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen, was the staff going to the breakfast room and socking away plates of food for themselves that was meant for the guests. When my aunt and uncle went down to breakfast the food was all picked over and the refused to put out more. Even things that don’t require work like cups of yogurt. Have you ever been to a hotel where the staff was openly pillaging the breakfast bar? How odd is that? The staff was nice to my face but possibly lying. There were multiple occasions where either the staff had major internal communication issues or downright lied to me about booking, cancellations, and connecting rooms. What one employee said was the exact opposite to what another said. Because of this my family of 8 had to split up into two rooms across the hall from eachother. This kept my husband and I apart all weekend, during the mourning of the loss of my grandfather. They also wouldn’t put our extended family together even though we had a block of rooms for a funeral we were all attending. Other than all of that the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Another oddity was I got a hand written note that the staff wasn’t going to clean the room because there was something on the bed. So they didn’t make the beds, or clean or replenish anything. How ODD.
