    My hotel experience was great! All of the employees were nice and helpful, especially the front desk agents. The rooms were newly renovated. The housekeeping service made sure I had everything I needed and the room was very clean. The breakfast was also good!

    The front desk associates are always nice and very helpful. They give you a warm welcome, smile and always go above and beyond. The rooms are lovely and the atmosphere is incredible. A wonderful experience.

    I’m very disappointed that we weren’t made aware or notified of renovations to give us option of choosing another place and there would be no breakfast or vending machines I also asked for a handicapped accessible room I have a wheelchair companion we need a roll in shower with bench only accessibility item in room is shower bar for holding on I asked for shower chair and received one with no back I’m here to bury my father born & raised in Thomson Georgia and this is usually my go to hotel very convenient I also had a problem making reservations with a rude agent who talked over me n billed me for everything a protection plan on a room ? Her name was Nancy I thought I was calling hotel directly not sure however I wind up paying more than family because I didn’t get the reserved rooms for funeral also my credit card was suppose to hold the room not pay for the room I usually don’t have to specify that ( options ) do disappointed all across the board however Darlene put a smile on my face very pleasant and helpful
