We had a death in our family and we needed to cancel the room. I must have called every number associated with the Hampton without any help. I was finally able to get someone on the phone at the hotel with very poor customer service. He was not helpful at all.. Told me even though I had cancelled over 24 hours in advance I would not get all my refund. He didn’t care to hear why the cancellation. Of all the hotels and vacation homes we have rented never have we had this type of service. I highly Do Not recommend this hotel.

Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast before we headed out. Definitely recommend this hotel if u are in the area.
