I booked through Booking.com, paid for insurance, canceled well within the allowed timeframe due to a legitimate medical issue, and I am STILL being denied my refund. Booking.com blames the hotel. The hotel blames Booking.com. Neither one will take responsibility, and I’m being left in the middle while they hold onto MY money. This isn’t a simple mistake — this is terrible business practice and disrespectful to customers. I followed every step exactly as required. I canceled in time. I purchased the insurance. I provided all documentation. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence and finger-pointing. The way this situation has been handled is unprofessional, unacceptable, and frankly unethical. I will not be booking with Booking.com or staying with this hotel again unless this refund is resolved immediately. Consumers deserve better than this endless runaround and complete lack of accountability.

The staff was great, and the room was nice. The breakfast was excellent with multiple choices for coffee and juice. I made myself an Americano with extra shot of espresso. Check in and check out was seamless. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Rooms are comfortable and plenty space to have a large group staying such as ours. At this time, we had our men's and women's soccer teams from Faulkner University staying and everyone was really happy with the hospitality.

Didn't seem like the man checking me in even looked for a cheaper price. The room was nice but I did not need so much room for one night. The breakfast was good with a good attendant. The man at checkout was nice.
