  5 star hotel. Rooms very clean. Large flat screen TV very friendly employees. Great breakfast. I give the hotel ten stars Because of no smoking no pets. Let me make it clear. I love dogs and cats. But they do not belong in a hotel. Because there's a good chance you'll get flea bites. Or whatever? Thank you

  Location ideal. But coming in we watched as front desk had issues with a customer who had reservations online at one price and was being charged higher upon arrival. We asked for two Queen bed...they all filled so we were given king suite. Room was old and dusty with dried substance on picture and floor worn out. We just arrived at 10:30 pm and had wedding to attend next day so we let it ride. Next day we left for wedding by 12 pm...came back, room not cleaned.Had to ask for towels, they were out due to laundry not done.No water in snack area. Day of leaving...they was trying to get into room to clean before checkout...even when I told them we wasn't leaving yet...even while wife in shower..trying to come in! This location needs an update...was a bit disappointed.

  The staff was professional and the breakfast was good for hotel breakfast, but the room we were assigned to needs work. The carpet needs to be cleaned and deodorized. The water did not get hot as it only got like warm. The refrigerator did not get cold enough to cool down food and drinks. The location is perfect as it's located right off 75, but we won't be staying at this hotel for the next trip to the area.

  This hotel sucks! We had payed reservations for 3:00 , at 5:30 room still not ready. They didn't offer any kind of compassion for my family no discount and no time our room will be ready for. They tell us they on have 2 maids working. Is dat the customer fault or Poor Management! The refund will not get to my bank until 7 days later. Think you Holiday Inn Express!

  My family stayed here twice; one night on Friday March 6 and again the following Friday March 16 while traveling to Florida, using this hotel as our pit stop. Unfortunately, I forgot my AirPods during the first stay and called the front desk, asking them to hold them since we’d be back the next Friday. The staff member said she would place them under our room. I track my AirPods, and they stayed at the hotel for two days, which gave me peace of mind that they were hopefully secured. However, when I checked the following Wednesday, they had moved off the hotel property and had been elsewhere for four days. The location still shows very close to the hotel, which makes me strongly suspect an employee took them. We called the hotel and were told they would look into it. When we arrived Friday evening, the AirPods were not there, and the manager had conveniently just left. The front desk employee was rude and said she’d leave a “note,” which clearly meant nothing would be done. This was incredibly disappointing, and I wish the AirPods had simply been placed in a secure location. Other than this situation, the kitchen staff was very polite and welcoming.
