    “We rented a hall at Holiday Inn for two days and had a great experience. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mike and the manager who made sure everything went smoothly. Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!”

    My family stayed here twice; one night on Friday March 6 and again the following Friday March 16 while traveling to Florida, using this hotel as our pit stop. Unfortunately, I forgot my AirPods during the first stay and called the front desk, asking them to hold them since we’d be back the next Friday. The staff member said she would place them under our room. I track my AirPods, and they stayed at the hotel for two days, which gave me peace of mind that they were hopefully secured. However, when I checked the following Wednesday, they had moved off the hotel property and had been elsewhere for four days. The location still shows very close to the hotel, which makes me strongly suspect an employee took them. We called the hotel and were told they would look into it. When we arrived Friday evening, the AirPods were not there, and the manager had conveniently just left. The front desk employee was rude and said she’d leave a “note,” which clearly meant nothing would be done. This was incredibly disappointing, and I wish the AirPods had simply been placed in a secure location. Other than this situation, the kitchen staff was very polite and welcoming.

    3 star is a stretch but rating it this bc of location. Rooms are extremely dated. Lobby smells old and front desk lady charged me twice for my room although she was nice didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Nothing fancy for sure, just a place to lay down and shower THATS IT! if have high expectations for a hotel….. bypass this one

    As a platinum elite member of IHG, This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an IHG Holiday Inn express hotel. First of all my room did not have hot water and when they changed me to another room, that room didn’t have hot water either. When I went down to talk to the front desk about it, they said oh well when maintenance was in there, it was hot and when I told her that it wasn’t, she gave me attitude As if I was lying to her. when I asked for a refund, they said no, so then I got my bill and they was trying to charge me more for the room. I presented my online reservation receipt , the only thing they could do was say oh I will give you a discount. The manager and the general manager, both refuse the refund and was very rude. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this location.

    Made a reservation for 2 nights . First night I knew I’d be late so I called to let them know . They said no problem your room has been assigned. Get there 1:45 . They say they just tried to call me to tell me that someone was in the room and they don’t have any other rooms . I found another Holiday inn 20 minutes away; explained my situation and they let me check in . Cool . The next day I go back to the hotel around 5:30 to check in and the lady tells me that both my reservations were canceled. If I stood in line and didn’t leave I could still get a room . I stood there and called around and couldn’t find another room . I had to wait till 9pm just to get a room . Asked for a late check out for the inconvenience which I was told wasn’t a problem. 10:30 they knocking on my door saying I must call the front desk . Call the front desk 4 times no answer. I just left .
