If you’re going to renovate your hotel, make sure you update your beds. There is zero padding left on them. They are complete bricks. This has to be the worst hotel bed. I have had the displeasure of sleeping in. I’m going to see about getting a refund for my next tonight, and I’m gonna have to sleep somewhere else or in my car. Horrendous.

Llegue a las 11 de la noche Por qué ando de viaje junto con el hotel pagué el desayuno cuando bajó a desayunar la mujer muy amable que estaba en la caja me dice le di el número de la habitación y ella se dio cuenta de que yo lo había pagado cuándo entró la que está adentro me dice que tengo que darle un ticket delante de todo el mundo con tremenda mala forma tan temprano en la mañana tuve que ir para el Front hablar con la persona que estaba ahí y decirle que yo quería hablar con el manager en este hotel no hay nadie al frente del Hotel a esta hora la del Front Dead también me trató con mala forma es decir aquí le pagan a los trabajadores para maltratar a los clientes
I arrived at 11 at night because I'm traveling together with the hotel I paid for breakfast when I came down to have breakfast the very kind woman who was at the register tells me I gave her the room number and she realized that I had paid for it when she came in the one inside tells me that I have to give her a ticket in front of everyone with tremendous bad manner so early in the morning I had to go to the Front speak with the person who was there and tell him that I wanted to speak with the manager in this hotel there is no one in front of the Hotel at this time the Front Dead also treated me badly, that is to say here they pay the workers to mistreat the clients

Our family and friends recently celebrated a milestone birthday at this hotel and we had a blast!!!! The best part of our stay came from the Director Mr. Tony King, he gave us great pricing and made sure any and all of our concerns were addressed. He was easy to work with and was extremely accommodating. He wasn’t alone, the kitchen supervisor whose name I forgot, Chef Denzel, Ms. Angela, Ms. Tee and the housekeeping supervisor helped to ensure all of our needs were met. I rated this 4 stars because there is always room to grow and there were things that could be improved. Would I recommend you to go and stay or just use their event space? ABSOLUTELY, be sure to look for the staff mentioned and you’ll be well taken care of.
