  Room was clean and nice. I booked a king but was giving 2 doubles but the gentleman at the desk quickly switched it and was super polite and kind. However, 9am the housekeepers were right outside our door for 20 minutes laughing and making a ton of noise, (please fix the squeaking door next to room 400)! Then the housekeeper just opened our door and came in! While we were still sleeping, or trying to. No care to the fa t that check out is 12pm not 9am!! Very unprofessional professional and will not stay here again. As much as we paid for this executive suite, you'd think it would be more professional and quieter for your guest.

  I initially dealt with Jasmin over the phone, both times I called prior to my trip. She was knowledgeable, friendly and patient in answering my questions. By the time I made it there, I felt welcomed confident my stay was going to be a good one. I’m a night owl, so I often dealt with Kami (the night clerk) who’s also very friendly, helpful and professional—despite my frequent late night questions and requests. Finally… My job accidentally booked me into a room that was suboptimal for the lengthy stay I was going to have but the sales manager, Amber, quickly and happily got the issue taken care of. Even though there was heavy traffic due to some event, I was out of my old room and into a room that both suited my needs and freed up a bed for other guests who might need an extra bed. The way everyone made me feel like family, this was probably my most pleasant hotel stay.

  Currently staying here this week and it will be my last. I live in hotels 3 days a week and do my due diligence on reading reviews. For the life if me I am not sure how this dingy hotel is a 4.3. The outside isnt super inviting. The side of the building I parked on is dirty and covered in mildew and that was just the start. Walk in and if feels very musty which makes since because the AC in my room doesnt keep the room cool at all and is COVERED in dust and grime. It was a very hot sleep. The room looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in months. The toilet as a nasty ring around it. The shower door and fixtures are covered in soap scum that can literally be scraped off with my finger. For 200 plus a night that I paid for three nights is a total scam. That is quality and clean hotel pricing and this was not it. I will be working in the area for a few months and will never spend my money here again. The 2nd star is because the lady at the front was welcoming when checking in which you dont always get.

  Two front desk women allowed a homeless gentleman to stay in the lobby overnight during extremely cold weather when shelters were full. I’ve been a Diamond member for 10 years, and this is the first time I’ve been so deeply moved by an act of humanity and kindness. The gentleman was elderly and clearly needed shelter—without it, he could have become seriously ill. Their simple gesture may very well have saved his life. I made sure to contact IHG Client Relations to share positive feedback. The world needs more compassion like the kind these women demonstrated.
