- SRShannon Reed2 days ago3.0The staff was great. Easy check in and check out. The first room we went to the air was not working, so we moved rooms. We got to the 2nd room and the air was working for a few minutes and then the thermostat batteries went out. The staff provided batteries and my husband changed them out. These rooms have the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen. You can’t sit on the toilet and open and close the bathroom door. There was also lots of water damage in this room and overall the condition of the carpets in the entire building need to be redone. Great location, great staff, needs a remodel!

- RRRobertDec 26, 20254.0Tried to check in earlier, we were told rooms not ready, come back at 3:00, we did, still no rooms. Regular check in is at 4pm. We returned at 4pm, still no rooms. We finally got into our room at about 4:20. Our room, a King Suite was very utilitarian but ok. Bed was ok, pillows were flat and terrible. I have never seen soma yet stains in the hallways of a hotel. Everywhere even in the corners or next to a wall. It served it's purpose but, ill probably try a different place next time.
