  I really thought about not doing this but my daughter said it needs to be addressed. I have been coming to this hotel multiple times a year for a few years. All the staff is usually so very nice. But this particular young lady Haley always has a don't bother me attitude. I drive many hours and work many more. I'm a nurse and chose my career wisely. She should too. I can be aggravated as well but I chose to treat all people with kindness. She is not the same. Last year when I checked in she was new she told me she just started. The other day same service. No courtesy. Very short and very annoyed. The lady in the morning Kami explained she has a lot going on and in school, I understand still not an excuse a year apart. Kami is very nice and helped with my points and the all inquiries I had. The housekeepers are usually very nice and also the breakfast attendants and that will keep me booking there. But Haley needs to be addressed and/or trained again. Thank you.

  My stay and experience was good but the young lady named Jasmin made my stay great. Her customer service was exceptional. She was there to answer any questions my husband and I needed and made checking out easy. She treated us with care and love and she genuinely loves her job. This was my first t8me staying at a holiday inn and because of Jasmin you all now have a new regular. I travel a lot for work so this hotel will always be my go to. Keep up the great work Jasmin. The world needs more people like you to make a difference in the customer service life.

  I had an amazing experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Statesboro, and a huge part of that was thanks to Jasmin! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in making sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. Jasmin went above and beyond to make sure everything during my stay was smooth. She answered all my questions with patience, had a great attitude, and made the whole check-in process quick and easy. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. Employees like Jasmin are what make a hotel stand out. Her positive energy and professionalism made my stay even better. I would absolutely stay here again and hope more places have staff as outstanding as she is. Thank you for the excellent service!

  I just checked out of the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The front desk associate was incredibly friendly, funny, and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. She was very attentive and assisted me with anything I needed during my visit. Before I left, she suggested that I grab breakfast, and I’m glad I did. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and offered a great variety of options. I especially appreciated that they had turkey sausage available. The breakfast attendant was also very kind and provided me with a to-go bag so I could take some fruit, yogurt, and a muffin with me for the road. Overall, the staff’s hospitality and the quality of the breakfast made for a great end to my stay. I truly appreciated the excellent service. 😊

  This is the second week checking into this hotel with the same female desk agent during the evening shift. Her customer service is not the IHG standard, she does not greet you and recognize you as a member at check-in, she does not explain the breakfast times or amenities. She is not welcoming at all it’s like you are bothering her when checking in. Definitely could use some professional development a few trainings in Merlin or Climb would improve her check-in progress.
