I hate to admit this , but this is the cleanest holiday inn that I've stay at in a while i'm not saying that the others were dirty.I'm just saying that this one was over the top clean. Which brings me to Ms Nicole who greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to breakfast. She was very friendly and helpful to all guests she was even very helpful. To the other staff and front desk again, she had a beautiful smile and very calm demeanor. I appreciate. All the staff's hard work at this location. I look forward to spending more business trips.here

(10-10-25) between 4pm /5pm...the woman behind the counter at that date and time was so rude to us the moment we walked in with our service animal (Dog). She doesn't know how to treat customers. Anyone coming to this holiday inn on st Simon don't waste your time if you have service Animals. apparently/according to her service animals aren't allowed.
