Friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the stay better. Big credit to them. Clean, comfortable, and well managed. You can tell they care about guests. If you want convenience, great service, and a stress-free stay, this is a solid choice. Would happily stay here again.

The front desk lady DID NOT TELL ME ME THAT IF I WAS TO GET THIS ROOM NOW, I would have to check out same day at 11:00 which is 6-7 hours later ! I had been traveling ALL DAY !!! If I knew this I would’ve never got the dam room !!! Then the front lady desk STEPHANIE was rude to me ! They didn’t try to accommodate me for miscommunication or anything !! The room water was not retying cold ! The beds are LOUD !!!!!! The rooms are small ! Very unprofessional

The shower gets luke warm so basically you freeze trying to take a shower. We told the front desk twice but they never checked on it for us. If you read some of these reviews other people had this same problem.
