- RDRome DixonNov 15, 20252.0Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I work late nights and specifically chose this Best Western so I could sleep during the day. Even though I paid for my room in advance every single night, housekeeping kept busting into my room early in the morning, turning on lights, and ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign on my door. This didn’t happen once — it happened three or four times. I put the sign up, locked the door, and they STILL tried to come in. I’ve never seen a hotel staff so careless, disrespectful, and unprofessional with a guest’s privacy. On top of that when you try to call the desk no one answers?!!!! If you value sleep, privacy, or basic respect, stay literally anywhere else. This location has zero regard for guests’ schedules, zero communication between staff, and absolutely no respect for the DND sign. Disappointing and unacceptable.

I’ve traveled all around the USA and I’ve never encountered a hotel where my room flooded… water was coming from the roof, walls and the tub flooded. Every floor and room had mold and a horrible smell, they changed us rooms 3 times and we even saw roaches. I asked for the general managers email and they didn’t provided it to me. Horrible experience avoid it at all cost!! Add to this experience that it was my birthday trip, so miserable honestly, never again!
