- MNMartin NewsDec 26, 20251.0My experience was horrible when I was at the hotel I saw how the housekeeping manager or whatever she is cause she doesn't do nothing was talking very rude to the housekeepers she is very rude and nasty to them and the manager just horrible he is also very rude and clearly does not know how to manage I had an issue with my room and he had an attitude when y was speaking to him ! This location is just horrible do better I was there for 2 weeks and saw good employees get fired for no reason and they hired new people who don't do nothing the lobby is dirty the breakfast is horrible now ! Do better best western
- CMChill MartinDec 18, 20253.0Rooms are reasonably priced, especially for construction workers, staying week or more. Downside is they only have one microwave. The breakfast can be on the cold side and they do not vacuum the rooms while you stay there. They do have a vacuum.They just don't use it. There's only one washer, so you might want to find a laundromat nearby. And they may or may not make your bed when they clean the room. But the weekly price keeps us coming bacc. Pro tip get in the right lane when approaching as fast as you can or you will miss it. And we'll have to turn around at the light and try again.
