Everything was great except one employee criticized my wife for using a coffee cup to get juice. She made my wife dump it out and use the "juice" plastic cup. She wanted to use the coffee cup since it had a lid available. Other then that the hotel was absolutely wonderful !!! Breakfast was amazing!!!!
I had an outstanding experience at the Best Western, and I have to give major credit to Ace for truly exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, Ace went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine friendliness stood out immediately.
It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but actually takes pride in making guests feel valued—and that’s exactly what Ace did. Whether it was answering questions, offering assistance, or just bringing a positive energy to the environment, he made a lasting impression.
Because of Ace, my stay felt more personal and welcoming than I expected. Best Western is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Had a pretty bad experience. I called to see if I could check in earlier and they had told me that wasn’t an issue that they had rooms available. Upon arrival they charged me $50 to check in early when they had told me over the phone I could just go ahead and check in early because they had the availability it wasn’t an issue. The room they gave us smelled absolutely horrible, we couldn’t even stay in the room without covering our nose it was so bad, then the toilet was clogged when we walked into the bathroom and the toilet covered in poop. Then they changed us rooms because we asked them to, and the next room didn’t smell bad but as soon as someone went to the bathroom the toilet was also clogged and the water went up and went all over the bathroom then they changed us rooms again and the sheets weren’t clean, we asked for a refund but they would not provide a refund.

The location was okay. We arrived a little before 3pm and were told we could not check in early or there would be a $50 charge. We came back a little after 3pm and were not able to check in until almost 4pm. Our key did not work when we got to the room and had to go back twice to get it resolved. The place is dingy, the carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned. They have rift raft coming and going. The only positive was the bed was comfortable and the room was decent. The shower did not work well and you stood in 4 inches of water while the shower was going because water would still come out the faucet while the shower was going. They had a complimentary breakfast that started at 6am which worked perfect since we were getting on the road early. We went down and by 7am it still was not open, so we could not eat before we left. The staff was friendly.
I booked a room at Best Western through Expedia after a 12‑hour drive with my family, and the experience was a complete mess. When I arrived, the hotel told me the room I reserved — with two beds — wasn’t available. Their only option was to put me and my three kids in one bed. Even when I asked for extra beds or just sheets so my kids could sleep on the floor, the front desk couldn’t give a straight answer.
While I was dealing with this, another guest was checked into a room that was already occupied. Total chaos. I asked to see the only room they claimed was left, and it wasn’t even cleaned.
What made it worse is that while they told me they were sold out, they were still selling rooms online. Completely unacceptable and misleading.
I ended up spending another 1.5 hours on the phone with Expedia trying to find a different hotel in the middle of the night. Based on how the front desk handled everything, it’s clear this isn’t the first time this property has had issues.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and zero customer service.
