  I can’t say enough about the hotel, but more so, the staff. Hotel is clean and located beautifully between historic Savanna and the airport. Easy access to hwy 16. Eric and Imani were fantastic to deal with, but more so, meet. The distance they go to satisfy their guests is second to none. Guest relations - exceptional! 5-star rating indeed! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Savannah, seriously consider Holiday Inn Express on Chatham Parkway.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Alliscia at the Holiday Inn in Savannah! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. She treated me like a true member, not just a guest, and even surprised me with an upgrade, which made my stay even more special. Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. It’s rare to come across customer service this exceptional, and she made a lasting impression on me. This was hands down one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. On top of that, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were very nice—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. Thank you, Alliscia, for making my stay so memorable—I will definitely be back!

  Don’t let all these 5 star reviews fool you! I regularly stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels due to being a loyal IHG rewards member, this hotel needs room upgrades starting with the showers. The shower heads are falling off the wall, poor water pressure and the head itself is about 5 ft off the ground. The rooms are also not cleaned properly (I’ve attached photos). I was assigned room 216, however I asked to be moved to another room and was assigned room 222. Both rooms had the same issues. Also the receptionist couldn’t care less about my complaints and just said I should have said something sooner so they could “clean” room 216 for another guest. The photos I attached are from a “clean” room. Only highlights about this hotel are the beds are decent and the breakfast is average. If you’re looking for a Holiday Inn Express in Savannah, choose another one.
