- LGLaura George2 days ago2.0Wifi didn’t work. Bathroom smelled like sewage. TV and channel choices lame and outdated. Mattress literally sunk down about 12” when layed on… molded to the body shape of every person who ever slept on it. If anyone has seen the movie Psycho, you’ll know what I’m talking about. I've never experienced anything like it, in any kind of hotel - ever. Not sure how this place is getting high reviews.

- VBVicki BApr 19, 20265.0The Holiday Inn Express on Bay Street is a perfect location for tourists. There is a trolley stop in front of the hotel and short walks to many restaurants. The rooms are nice and have a big walk-in shower. The free breakfast has a lot of options including hot food. The breakfast ladies are friendly. Wanda at the front desk is great. She is very service oriented and attends to all customers. Nice big TV with a lot of cable stations. I would stay here again if I came to Savannah. They have a concierge too to help guests with tours, restaurant bookings, etc. The pool on the roof is nice too including a shaded area with cushioned chairs.
