Mrs. Tee provide excellent customer service from beginning to end. As soon as I walk in the building Mrs. Tee greeted me with a warm smile. Keep doing a Tremendous job Mrs. Tee
I’ve stayed at 4 different hotels near Savannah airport because they’re never clean enough. I’ve finally found the winner—Tru by Hilton. I was happily surprised by the level of cleanliness and room’s functionality. It was perfect! The breakfast was nice, well-prepared, and the breakfast area was so neat and clean. So, if you prioritize cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff—this is the place!! I’m so happy I found it and can finally be loyal to a Savannah airport hotel.

Our stay was for Valentines from Saturday - Monday but we left Saturday evening.
To start, the person at the front desk was rude and had an unfriendly demeanor, which immediately set a negative tone for our stay.
We chose this hotel specifically because it is advertised as “pet friendly,” as we always travel with our dogs; two small chihuahua mixed 10 and 18 lbs. We always come prepared and make sure our dogs are crated once they are left in the room alone. However, upon check-in, we were handed a paper outlining strict pet rules that were never clearly communicated beforehand. One rule stated that dogs could not be left alone in the room under any circumstances, and that Animal Control Services would be contacted if this rule was violated. This was very unsettling and made us uncomfortable for the rest of our stay.
Because of this policy, we did not feel comfortable going out to properly explore Savannah and ultimately decided to cut our trip short and leave early.
Additionally, the rooms are quite small and appear to have been built with cost-cutting in mind. There was no in-room safe (or at least nonvisible), and the soundproofing is poor — we could clearly hear noise from the rooms above and beside us.
Overall, this was an unpleasant experience, and we will not be returning to this hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The first room I was given was not clean — there was hair left in the sink, and there was also a plastic tube of smelling salts left right next to the bed, which was unsettling and unacceptable.
After being moved to a different room, I discovered there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash provided in the bathroom. On top of that, there was a blue light (part of the fire alarm) blinking all night, which made it very difficult to sleep.
Overall, the cleanliness, attention to detail, and comfort were far below what I expect from a hotel stay. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their standards for future guests.
It's a good hotel, at a good price, with clean rooms, a great staff, and a nice breakfast buffet. Now the particulars to be aware of:
1) there are no microwaves in the rooms.
2) the rooms are small & tight.
3) no carpeting in the rooms.
4) no coffee maker in the rooms.
5) no closet with hangers, only hooks on the wall.
That said, I love the smell of the soap, bodywash, lotion, and shampoo & conditioner...lemon sage. They have regular queen size pillows, not those ridiculously small throw pillows some places try to pass off as real pillows. They have a water bottle filling station, a very nice fitness center, a great lobby (seriously I love the lobby area: games, magazines, pool table, rock 'em sock 'em robots 🤖 yes really they do!). The breakfast here was way better than the one we had at the Hampton Inn we stayed at the night before. Oh & they have posted quiet hours as well as lists of local places to go.
The staff was great. Very helpful.
