We were so excited and upon arriving the front desk popped sparkling wine and we had a little toast! We spent every evening enjoying the roof top bar for the “golden hour” each enjoying a glass of wine and one of the accoutrements. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are tight, no chairs to sit on in the regular room just the bed. The TV was mounted on the wall next to the bed not at the foot so you cannot lay down and watch without turning your whole body. They had some gentlemen working in the ceiling at 8:30 in the morning… they accidentally set off the fire alarm. No elevator for a little bit and no sleeping in as well. Something was wrong with the HVAC on our floor and they gave us a new room which was an upgrade at no cost. Temperatures dropped that night and we didn’t want to chance being cold. The lobby is spacious and well decorated, the pop up bar in the basement was fun, the main floor bar was vibrant and bustling, and the roof top bar was calming and relaxing. We loved the location, we walked just about everywhere. I loved how close it was to the water and all the squares. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city.

We didn’t get the name of the Corner Coffee, Vinyl Room, Pendant Rooftop servers- but the ladies were all great and hospitable as well. Hotel is also in perfect location- walking distance to the attractions and restaurants.
