The exposed brick, the river views, and the rooftop vibe create a perfect blend of classic Savannah character with modern comfort. A very special thank you to Chelsea for upgrading our room — that truly made our stay unforgettable. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the view of the Savannah River was incredible. Waking up to that scenery felt like a gift. The location is perfect — right in the heart of everything. You can step outside and immediately enjoy River Street, restaurants, shops, and the unique energy that makes Savannah so special. Customer service was top-notch, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience felt personal and elevated.

- AGAustin GaryJan 17, 20265.0First off, some of the reviews in regard to staff are way off base from our experience! Absolutely delightful team from housekeeping to reception to guest services. Location is great. In regards to the floor complaints of many, this is a historic building and the polyurethane coating to preserve the hard wood can feel sticky and dirty. It wasn’t a concern to us. Important to understand noise travels through the floors given the historic structure. That can be frustrating especially when most people are unaware and inconsiderate of their presence these days. But again, managing expectations, that is to be expected if you want to stay in a piece of history. All in all, happy with our stay.
