After 16 hours of driving, I arrived at the hotel. Easy access from the main highway, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. The hotel was nice looking inside and out. The workers were very nice and friendly. Room was clean and was better than expected (going off of pictures online). I highly recommend this location!

Unfortunately there is NO coffee maker nor microwave in rooms, TV lost signal repeatedly, rooms are clean and quiet, NO hot food for breakfast only cereal and bagels, coffee available in lobby throughout the day

Before I get into it, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing about this place was such that I would not stay here in a pinch. The best way I can sum it up is the name should have been Sparce instead of Spark. You walk in seeing what looks as good as any modern hotel such as Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, etc... but the then you go to your room through an unkept elevator to a room with the room no# taped to the wall. Fan in the bathroom was falling out. Bed was comfy and not "preformed" from the 500 guests that slept there before you. Linens were clean and comfortable. Not a bad room. Then I came down for breakfast and are disappointed. Not only was it cold foods only, but the offerings were sparce and oddly arranged. For instance, you picked up a bagel (which was stale), but then the fixings to go on the bagel were not on the counter near the bagels. You wander around and it's buried on another counter nowhere logically placed near the actual bagels. You look for any proteins, and on my second day I found hard boiled eggs tucked in the corner. For the first two days of my stay, no OJ (dude - go to a local store and buy a few gallons). Again, good price, clean safe place to sleep. You can just tell the go sparce on anything extra.

We stopped here because we are Hilton honors members for years and years and 95 North was blocked with an accident. We thought this would be a great place to stop however it was Motel 6 by Hilton. We could hear every step on the floor above us as well as the TV and bathroom noises from the room next door. The good thing was we were both very tired and despite hearing the TV next door and the steps above us we think we slept very well! There were many signs that this was a renovated hotel from something else, like the bathroom walls were wavy with water damage, and the shower curtain was barely hanging on. The breakfast was great with Bagels and continental breakfast things. The front desk person came in while we were at breakfast and asked the breakfast manager if any of the housekeeping people came in today and they continued to discuss business in front of the customers which as a prior business manager I thought was very unprofessional. All in all, not what we expect from hilton.

I have traveled for 47 years And have stayed in many hundreds, if not thousands of hotels. Last night I had the unfortunate experience of staying in this dump which is now called Spark by Hilton used to be a comfort Inn actually the invoice still says Comfort Inn. The rug and all the floor is so filthy And stained as you will be, as you will see by the video that I would not let my dog walk on it! I can’t believe Hilton lends their name to this dump! They did a minor remodel to call it a spark by Hilton, no microwaves in the room, no coffee maker. The free breakfast stinks coffee that is warm in a thermo , The lady is sitting inside a room doing text instead of monitoring the breakfast. I asked her for orange juice reply was I’m sorry we ran out waiting for a delivery that was hard as a rock and noisy. They must’ve had to remodel because others new ones have sprung up all over around them. But they did a terrible job left the original doors, did not change the carpet, Which is beyond cleaning there’s no cleaning that will fix it. Even the manager agreed it needs to be replaced like now, but the owner is so cheap. I doubt it. He’ll do it.. The icemaker is only on the first and second floor so if you’re in the third floor, you have to travel to another floor to get ice. The cards to unload your luggage have no high crossbar to hang your stuff. Basically, it’s Dolly that they’re broken up. The staff is nice and I feel for them because I let them know what a dump this was. The front desk guy last night was super nice. I dropped my sleep apnea machine on the sidewalk and didn’t know it had fallen out of this Mickey Mouse cart. What is I was coming down through the front door he was walking in with it. He had picked it up so kudos to the gentleman and a big thank you.. Unfortunately, the place is to be avoided at all cost with all the new Hotels nearby, Trust me on This!
