Drove in from SC this morning for work and was planning on staying here this evening. I chose this hotel because it had 2 electric car chargers that were free to use for guests. I wanted to top up my electric car after driving in and was ran off by not 1 but 2 individuals who didn’t even say who they were. I do understand I was not checked in yet as it was only 11am but when I told them I was going to be staying tonight and chose this hotel for this reason they still ran me off. Their measly 6kwh charger isn’t worth the attitude that was given. Don’t stay here if you’re planning on using the charger, one spot is taken up by a concrete pillar and they only charge super slow. Plenty of cheaper hotels and just pay $15 for true fast charging down the road.

The staff was so accommodating!! We were hosting VPs and the arrangements were mixed up by the department. They took every step to ensure our guests were taken care of and accommodated in every way. They delivered service with a smile and were so gracious. Will continue to reserve at this location for future guests. Thank you Hilton!!!

This review is for the location at 860 Towne Center Blvd in Pooler, GA, NOT the Savannah Midtown location. I spent one night here while traveling with a client. The hotel and surrounding area was a zoo. This was my first time in this area and it will be the last. Way too many stores, restaurants, etc. The traffic is always backed up onto Interstate 95, etc. It took us 15 minutes just to get to the hotel from our exit. The traffic engineers for this area should be fired or held accountable for lack of proper flow. Not enough stop signs, untimed traffic lights, etc.
Now to the hotel. We got here after 6pm on a Friday. Like I said, the area is like a zoo. The staff was kind at the front desk, and got me and my clients our room keys in about ten minutes. I needed handicap parking, and that worked out.
The rooms are tired. Older and not really maintained. The bed was terrible. The in-room furniture was beat up. I took one photo of a chair, pretty much use your imagination for everything else. Noise from the room above was constant. A/C worked okay but had a loud noise when it kicked on from the fan mode. The tv worked well. Shower had some mold issues. Faucet handle popped off on me. The refrigerator made noises like it was leaking out. If you had a noise machine or white noise app on your phone you could probably make it through one night.
Breakfast in the morning was decent, but I don't typically eat a big breakfast so if that's your allure that's on you. I spoke with Brenda in the morning, she was in the front desk area. She was kind, and that was probably the highlight of the stay.

Hotel was easily accessible and room was very spacious. Front desk staff was very helpful even when checking in at 2:30am. Only complaint is the room felt damp but that could just be part of being in Savannah. Would recommend hotel to stay in and we would stay again.

Our room was very clean and spacious.
The elevators have a safety feature with room key access only, they were clean, had good lighting and are well maintained.
There are 2 parking options: parking garage or outdoor parking, both were great. Parking garage had plenty of lighting and is open from the outdoor parking. The receptionist we had on Friday afternoon upon check-in was so delightful as well as the gentlemen that was there. Breakfast was great and stayed stocked every morning! Overall, our stay was smooth and great! Thank you ALL!
