Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean and well mainteined with a fresh modern feel throughout. The manager lady was geuninely frinedly and gave us advise of the town attractions. All staff we encounter was genuinely friendly and hepful creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was plentifull and thoughfully presented with a great variety of options. The location is also a mayor plus, close to downtown, restaurants, grocery stores and mall making it easy to explore the area. Although I didnt use the pool it look clean. Overall I cant say enought positive things about my experience.

Stayed here Valentine's weekend to meet friends that were staying at a different hotel. It must have been a reason that this one was open and most others were completely booked. Bed and couch were both loud and squeaky, desk lamp was broken, bathroom sink was loose and door constantly slammed/wouldn't close because it was not aligned. Awoke to barking dog for extended period during sleeping hours and an ant infestation covering the kitchenette counters. Was not recognized as a member had to ask for snacks and water. Was told breakfast was till 10 came down at 9 and it was over. Was told they had 2 EV chargers when 1 is not accessible(blocked by a pillar). If there is someone on the other 1 all night you are out of luck. All these issues were reported to at least 4 different people. All except 1 had an attitude and acted as if it were my problem. When I did my review thru Hilton what I received from the Manager was I'm sorry. Sorry does not correct the amount of issues with our stay. It was other minor things that were corrected with Maintenance from the 1 person who was helpful. We could not go elsewhere from out of state. On the plus side it was close to shopping and restaurants.

This hotel is not close to what you see in the pictures. It was a horrible experience. You can hear kids screaming and yelling in the corridor. Someone was talking loudly in the lobby I don’t want hear all that. The room was ok but you can see the dust on the tables and sheet were dirty. When we first walked in the room it had a moldy smell. There was no water in the showers and the front desk doesn’t care. In short it wasn’t a great experience. Please don’t waste your money.

The employees are great and they took care of everything we requested. I am disabled and I need a walker to get around and the bathroom was way too small for my walker, which made it very difficult. The front desk staff were very kind, smiled and answered all questions. The lobby area and outdoor patios were kept very nice as well. We stayed for a week, and would come back to this brand of Hilton again. We did stay here during the off season, though there were times of week when the hotel was booked. Yet still the staff maintained everything. I suppose it depends on what time of day you want to park, but we had no difficulties.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel last weekend for 2 nights. The stay started out good Thurs night with a pleasant front desk person. We were suppose to check out Sun. But we decided to checkout by 9:30 am Sat morning so we wouldn't get stuck in Savannah. We also noted their were several very tiny ants on the sink in the bathroom on Friday, We killed them and didn't see anymore. On Sat morning when we woke my husband saw a roach running on the bathroom sink. I heard him say, yes, its time to go. I went in to see and I took a picture of it still kicking where he threw it into the toilet. I informed the staff memeber around 9:15 am that we saw bugs in the room and a roach that morning and that were checking out to leave due to the storm and now further to the bugs in our room. I went back to the desk at 9:30 to let him know we were out and I couldn't checkout on the app. He said that we would be charged through Sun anyway. But, he would see if management would waive the early checkout fee. He had me text him at the number the hotel had been conversing with me via text during our stay. It was 9:39 am and my husband was waiting for me in the car. The staff memeber reply to all my text. Thank God. He texted back after we left and said they would not waive the additional night fee. I inquired as to the Managers name. He said it was Dannette Johnson. I called Guest Assistance at the Hilton to see if they could assist us while on our ride back toward Atlanta. They filed a complaint and told me to call back Wed to get a refund for the day and my points for that day back. I called today and they transferred me to the hotel. Dannette Johnson answered. She is a very rude and a nasty individual. She said since I made a complaint with Guest Assistance, they would have to help me because she would not. This in her nasty tone. She should not be in management let alone any customer service position. This is the 3rd of many Hilton hotels we've stayed with in the last year where a staff member was nasty. We decided to give Hilton one more chance with this visit. NO, I DON'T WANT MORE POINTS. I WANT YOU TO GET RID OF NASTY STAFF LIKE DANNETTE JOHNSON. You will loose other long time Honors Members like me. I don't go on vacation or business trips for stress.
