If you want to stay near downtown but not in downtown then this is a best place. Much quieter and got free parking.
They don’t really have a ton of parking though.
Room is decent an it comes with kitchen but they don’t have a stove top.
Breakfast is pretty good with variety but they are slow to refill and there is a good waiting time. They are very sharp on the closing time.

Staff are very rude at this location, would not recommend. Should have stayed at the one in Pooler, they were much friendlier. Only reasons I switched locations was to be closer to work. Came in at 11 30pm because I had a reserved room and nothing was ready to check in earlier. lady behind counter got a nasty attitude saying that I didn't have a room reserved, I would rather sleep in my damn truck than give these people any money

I stayed with my family on the night of December 28, 2025. We only stayed one night in two rooms. The receptionist who gave us the room keys was very rude and had an angry expression, which was offensive. Hilton should be ashamed of allowing its hotels to have staff like that greeting guests. And, evidently, she didn't care or acknowledge that we are Diamond members. We stayed at a Home2Suites the night before in Greenville, and it was fantastic. That made this stay even more unpleasant and disappointing.

Front desk person in night shift has a lot to do in regards of customer service.
She was very impolite, rude and acting like she was in bad mode.
I will not get back to this place anymore and will no recommend to anyone unless you enjoy this unfriendly atmosphere.

Our elementary Beta students attend the yearly Beta convention each year is Savannah. We make this hotel as our first choice for the school's accommodations, and have stayed year nearly every year over the last 10. Andy, and the staff there, have been extremely accommodating to our kids and their parents each and every time we visit. We appreciate them welcoming our students to each year. The kids love the large lobby to hang out with their friends, the large / clean rooms, and the breakfast provided each morning. We will continue choosing to stay at this hotel in the future.
