- DQDeena QT933 days ago4.0We were greeted each time we passed by the front desk. Parking was good and had spaces for those pulling trailers. The rooms was a nice size and very clean. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, tea, and coffee provided in the room. The shower (pressure) is amazing ;). Complimentary breakfast was fine for the circumstances. Used the treadmill with no issues.

However, we would not stay again at the Savannah Chatham Parkway hotel because there appears to be a fundamental problem with heating the lobby and breakfast area. Very bad first impression. The lobby was so COLD that reception staff wore outdoor clothing, morning and night. It was too cold to eat in the breakfast area. The heating system was not broken. This was a problem with design, including windows that weren't of good enough quality or were poorly installed. I expect this is an expensive problem to fix. But IHG has the resources to remedy this problem. Customers, and staff, deserve much better.

We had a clogged toilet and the evening desk clerk came and plunged the toilet herself even though we were willing to do it ourself! Santa greeted us in the lobby and we got our family santa photos. The only one will get while on our month long road trip. Thank you ladies!!!
