    We only stayed one night, but, the hotel was very clean and the employees were kind and attentive. Check in and out was a breeze. We left too early for the breakfast so I can't comment on that. We were very satisfied and would stay here again.

    The staff is great. Especially the team that was cooking the continental breakfast. Food was always hot and stocked. The crews that qorked the front desk were always friendly and ready to assist. I was there for an extended stay and the staff always checked in to ensure my stay was comfortable and quality. Thank you.

    I've stayed here many times, and it's always been clean. The AC units there struggle in the summer time and water can condense on the floor and carpets because of this. There are no laundry service and the workout room is adequate. Overall the place is a quiet and clean place.

    NO. Absolutely 100% NO. From arriving to this location we found the following issues with this Holiday Inn located in Savannah, GA: 1. The many horrible smells. Once you enter the lobby the bad smells hit you. As you check in you notice the smells get worse and as walk to the elevator the bad smells get worse and worse. Then when get off the elevator they are a little different but are still bad. 2. They have extremely slow WiFi on the 4th floor. We are not sure about the other floors. 3. The beds are in very poor condition. They need to be changed ASAP. 4. The ice/vending machines are missing. 5. Cleanliness is horrible. Dead bugs on the common areas for an excess of 48 hours. The filthy windows in our room. 6. The unbeatable “breakfast” was horrible. 7. The A/C in our room will only go down to 72*F, unacceptable. 8. The door locks on our room is very loose. 9. Looking down from our room window we can see the entry roof and it requires repair. 10. The attitude of every employee that we have encountered is extremely poor which implies the local management is also very poor. 11. We witnessed the owner or the local management assist in changing out a ceiling light fixture and they didn’t follow any OSHA guidelines including Lock Out/Tag Out rules because as we walked by and they were on a step stool and the light fixture was in their hands they attached the wires and the light came on and they continued to install the light. In conclusion we only came here due to us picking up a new vehicle. We are IHG Diamond members and are embarrassed that this location is in the Holiday Inn family. Obviously we DO NOT recommend this location to anyone.
