  This was by halfway point to Florida. Made reservations to stay overnight and was told this hotel just opened for business. Everything was clean and up-to-date. I do like that all Holiday Inn Express & Suites I have stayed at has the Bean-to-Coffee coffee maker and a hot breakfast. All staff that I came in contact with were helpful, friendly and cordial. I think it will be a while before someone complains about a brand new bed that nobody has slept in. Extra care was taken in the makeup of my room. The 55 inch flat screen TV really made a difference. This will be my go-to halfway stop to Florida.

  Great location close to many stores and restaurants. Lots of parking when we went. Hotel and rooms smelled good. Bathroom did have hairs stuck to the ceiling but other than that the room was good. Walls are thin. Could hear people talking loud in the hallway and heavy foot steps above our room. The free breakfast was better than some places.

  Rooms/location not the problem. I was staying for military purposes from out of town for 3 months using a military card. Government shut down delayed payment.I spoke to another employee on a different shift who said not to worry they'll take care of it. A different Hotel night manager said it was my fault for not communicating appropriately and said there was nothing he could do. Evicted me from my room without giving me back my belongings. ($150 total worth of items). Night manager blamed me for everything and never once tried to be diplomatic. 165th Air Force Base next door does business with all surrounding hotels, I will be sure that this one makes it on the no fly list. Awful customer service experience. Go somewhere else.

  Stayed here last night and I have been here numerous times in the last 18 months. Everyone that worked here last night and today from the desk person to the breakfast people to the room service and maintenance were all very polite. I think I ran into at least 7 or 8 employees in a one day stay and all went out of their way to say hello and asked how I was doing. This is outstanding customer service and I would give them all 10 stars if I could and Christmas bonuses. Oh, by the way, the room was clean and perfect. Merry Christmas! Love it!

  I was disgusted when I went in my room and saw brown smears in the shower. I went to the front desk and they told me it was glue from a recent renovation, it's in numerous rooms and places throughout the hotel, it won't come off, and I had to deal with it. I used a moist towel to see if it would come off and with some scrubbing it started to. Even if this was glue, it wouldn't take that much effort to clean up but they couldn't be bothered to. I later found more stains on the carpet. This room is disgusting and they couldn't care less. Don't book here until they clean up their act, and their rooms.
