We were in a suite on the 2nd floor corner. Liquor store across the street and a traffic light. Very noisy, thankfully I brought earplugs.

We booked a King bed for 1 night, a stop during a cross country road trip. We arrived around 9PM, reiterated at check-in we wanted a King, only to get up to the room and have a queen. Apparently they over booked and we were SOL.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Savannah. Tiara went above and beyond to help me. I have a sleep condition and need a quiet room — although I originally booked a corner room thinking it would be quiet, she proactively helped me switch to a room she knew would be quieter. I slept very well with no issues.
Thank you, Tiara, for your exceptional service!

I absolutely loved this hotel and I’m about as picky as they come. The valet team and hotel staff were among the best in the industry that I’ve experienced.
The grounds and hotel are stunning and very “Savannah”. Cool vibes all throughout the hotel from the entrance to the lobby and seating area. The bar and coffee station, snack shop….all so cool and the snack shop sells some amazing local business stuff!
My king balcony room was very spacious and comfortably set up. The bed was comfortable and the pillows, well those suck like most hotels.
The water pressure in the shower was super amazing which makes for a refreshing shower experience.
The work station, desk, lighting and chair were all proper and gave a comfortable work area.
** The hotel itself is not in the most desirable area however I’m not basing my rating off of that, my rating is solely based on the property itself and the staff.

I’m highly upset I was quoted 160 for the military rate and wound up being charged 209 at checkout. This was first experience with Hilton hotels and it was recommended by other government employees for being the best. I usually stick to Wyndham brand because I’ve always had great experiences with them and I’m charged exactly what I’m quoted and everything is included. I had to pay for valet breakfast was not included and my room was the size of a shoebox.
When I checked out and asked why I was charged an additional $40 on top of what I was quoted I was told it was all the taxes. Military/ Federal is not supposed to be charged taxes that’s the whole point of a military rate. This is not my first time using my government discount it was however my first time with Hilton and I will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone. I feel lied to and cheated
