- FLFirst LastFeb 13, 20264.0Business travel. Newly built. Everything you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. I had a corner suite, which was clean and comfortable. No wow factor. Parking in the area is difficult. But for a hefty charge the offered valet with in/out privileges. The valet staff was fast, friendly, and efficient. The best quality of the hotel was its location. Quick drive to the Convention Center, but most importantly it was in walking distance to great restaurants and bars. A very lively area.

My only complaint was the staff being rather standoffish and Gruff in the front desk and Lobby area. Staff could be overheard talking about Management in a negative way and talking about guests in a negative way.

We were on the busy street though and the liquor store down below got a little loud that night. Plus the traffic. Still, a nice room and an easy walk to all the attractions.

I have already spoken with the manager of the valet company, and I sent them all my information so they could repair the car, butnothing has happened. I also sent a message to the hotel through Booking.com e ninguém responde. When I call the hotel to speak with the hotel manager, they hang up the phone. That's unbelievable.
