Would of given 4.5 put that is not possible. The things I had an issues with was minner. I wish they had tea with caffeine so i can drink some before bed. My room key did not open the gym door (Victoria opened it for me and a exteme nice lady). No basket in the gym for used towels and no sanitation wipes.
*Great walking location to foods, gym and grocery stores. Free parking garage is a win in the city. Place is very clean and breakfast was not bad.

The hotel itself was good. The rooms were very spacious and was clean. However, their service was UNPROFESSIONAL. We asked for fresh sets of towels, however, by the time we came back to our room that evening, there were no towels in our room. I had to contact the front desk again and they had me come downstairs to get them and would not bring them up to my room. On the day of arrival, I had a complaint about my room type and one of the the lady at the front desk hung up on me. Needless to say, I went downstairs, mentioned that they hung up on me and neither of the ladies acknowledged it nor did the attempt to move me to a suite. They told me that they did not have any suites. Moments later, the manager came out and straightened it out. However the attitudes were totally unnecessary. Once the manager stepped in, she gave me the room type that I was supposed to have (a suite).
Once I got ready to take a shower with the new set of towels, I saw that the towels were very raggedy (attached).
I recommend they reevaluate their customer service team because I don't know how long they're going to stay open with that type of attitude and unprofessionalism.

Poor sound insulation. I heard people talk very loud at night. Certain staff member are terrible. A staff member told me I had used the wrong pair of tongs during breakfast. The staff member said, “that is why we provide different tongs.” While I understand hygiene rules, the message was delivered in a sarcastic and condescending tone. The staff member then took the tongs and washed them, which made the situation feel unnecessarily embarrassing. They could have easily made it more comfortable. When I communicated to the hotel, they said they were concerned and regretted that I felt that way. The response made me feel even more uncomfortable because it sounds polite and professional, but not fully empathetic. They do not seem like care about their customer service at all

FREE PARKING! The only hotel in Savannah that doesn’t try to charge $40 for forced valet or self parking- you have my business from now on! Clean clean clean room, bed was NOT on wheels, and you get the hotel experience for what it’s ACTUALLY worth. No hottub, or kitchenette, like $150 to stay overnight in a very clean room in a great location with no other issues whatsoever - I’ll take it.

Maybe one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had. I booked a room for 1 night (1/17/26-1/18/26) at about 185 dollars because i had to come here on short notice because of a family emergency. We came into the hotel and I went up in to the room washed my hands and that’s when my husband pointed out a stain on the bed as well as just an overall unsatisfactory room. I was only in there for 10 minutes maximum. I looked on my phone and found a cheaper room at the Hilton Garden Inn next door. Went down and explained the situation to the front desk saying the room wasn’t really what I expected and I would like a refund as I have found somewhere better. The lady I was talking to seemed like she understood and felt bad cause shelling out 200 odd dollars and hundreds worth of gas isn’t easy especially for a room lower quality than expected and especially when you are dealing with a family emergency. The supervisor cut off her when she was trying to help saying that “because I went in the room there was nothing they could do and the manager wouldn’t be there until Monday but probably still wouldn’t let it be refunded.” She then rudely says “We can either keep or cancel your room what do you wanna do.” I walk out slightly tearing and frustrated and went next door to a much better experience. When I had called to cancel the room the lady on the phone told me they were “communicating with the gm to make a final decision as to whether I could get a refund.” I told the lady on the phone that regardless of the refund I’d still like the room canceled. (as the room wasn’t really what I expected and the hospitality of the staff really turned me off of the whole situation) she said “ok” I told her to have a blessed day and she rudely hung up I wouldn’t recommend this place for someone who is already having a stressful time or even someone trying it relax. Go to the Hilton Garden Inn next door and ur experience will be a thousand times better! I will not accept paying this amount for being in a room less than 10 minutes and will let many people know my experience. I called Hilton honors and they said the most they can to is speak on my behalf on Monday and try to get it refunded and that’s exactly what I will be doing.
