    There was a loud AC that woke us all night and blew large dust debris onto the beds. Otherwise room was fine. Breakfast was very disappointing and the staff was slow to replenish. Limited selection from what I'm used to with Hampton hotels.

    Sharika at the front desk got quite snippy and refused to accommodate a request for a room switch, even with a near-empty hotel. Could not speak to management until the next day, which was too late.

    I stayed at this hotel on a business trip for one night. The staff was nice and responsive. There was a middle school group of kids there and as well. They didn't run out of any food for breakfast. The staff didn't seem overwhelmed and very well prepared.
