    My spouse and I just had a great 2 night stay , with our 2 fur babies. We did need anything fancy. In town to visit family but need to bring our fur kids. Reasonable price very friendly staff. Ms. Nita is the best she made me some chicken sausage since I couldn't eat the pork. Overall we will stay here again for our neice graduation.

    We called the phone number on the website to make this reservation and asked if it was the “actual physical” hotel which we were told it was. We now find out we were redirected to a 3rd party who we found out charged us an extra $100. We brought this up to the hotel front desk person and she refused to help us. Overall, it was a really bad experience. The room was next to a very bright outdoor light and no curtains to block it. There were springs that could be felt in the bed. Pillows are small square lumpy pillows. When traveling, Hampton Inn was our choice hotel.

    First stay at a Hampton Inn in about five years, and unfortunately very disappointing. No hot water even after 20 minutes, a badly chipped and worn bathtub, a broken wall switch plate, an old unsupportive mattress, and overall cleanliness below Hampton standards. These issues point to broader maintenance and quality-control problems, not isolated oversights. I contacted corporate to report the decline—not seeking compensation—but received only a generic response.
